> 3 dayThis is my second longboard, while I am still a beginner I wanted to get something that was a little more flexible for better turning. The Magneto is amazing! The deck has just the right amount of flexibility to make turning easier and more fun. But its not too flexible to where I feel unsafe. Its perfect. The deck on this board is beautiful, it looks even better in person than in the pictures. They did such a nice job. I love that they used the sand on top of the deck instead of grip tape. It looks so good! The trucks and wheels that the board come with are super nice...the board is incredibly smooth! The wheels are nice and soft and the trucks turn really well. I had to loosen the bearings a little bit but after that they work great also! I was a little worried about spending a few extra bucks on this compared to some other boards but Im so happy I did! Definitely worth the little extra cash for such a big difference! Great job on this one Magneto!

> 3 dayHeres the bottom line folks: Buy this board if you like a minimal or classic style. I pride myself on doing inhuman amounts of research over products I aim to buy and this board fit my billet more than any other. Rest assured that if you have any doubts or worries or issues in the process or once you have this board, Magneto Boards will be there to help you. If you care to read my story, here you go: I purchased this board and received it in a week on a Friday. a bit long for Amazon standards but what the hay, that just added to my anticipation. It was however, much to my dismay that I would open my package and find that the paint of my new board was chipped! Thoroughly inspecting revealed that this was not a shipping mar but a manufacturing defect (see my picture). In these situations though, you have to take a breath and realize that no one is perfect. Mistakes DO HAPPEN and that is OK! ...of course though being a first world consumer, it was my obligation to seek rectification. That very Friday night I sent out a message directly to the seller and promptly the very next morning I was greeted with a friendly response engaging me about the nature of my complaint and offering me solutions to remedy it. Magneto Boards offered solution was beyond generous and honestly surprised me that over the internet they could make me feel like they were a friendly local business that I had known since I grew up. It is now the very next Tuesday and I await the arrival of my replacement board tomorrow! I only wish I could have had the name of the person that helped me that I could mention them in this post. Happy riding!

Greater than one weekThis longboard is super easy to ride! Maybe that is just the nature of longboards, but I am a true beginner and I found it very easy to push and turn the board. PROS: - Riding on rough asphalt is nice and smooth. You can still pick up speed pretty easily and the wheels absorb a lot of the shock from the road. - The grip on the deck is good and not too grabby. - The design of the board is top notch. - The bearings seem to be pretty good. CONS: - The trucks are really loose out of the box. I tightened them and they still have a lot of play in them. I’ll try tightening them all the way and see if that helps. - The kicks are relatively small. If you are new to longboards(like me), it will seem like you need a good amount of force to kick the board up. Definitely not as easy as a regular skateboard. All in all, this is a pretty good board for a beginner. You will automatically feel confident after hopping on the board for the first time and rolling without falling off the board. On a side note the deck has plenty of flex. I’m 215lbs and get a lot of flex from the deck. My daughter is about 75lbs and only gets a little flex from the board. But it is probably still enough flex to carve effectively. Final evaluation: The board is worth buying. You’ll be pleased.

> 3 dayQuality stick. Only 4 stars because the grip tape keeps peeling off. I’ll probably just go to a skate shop and pick up better tape. Other than that, smooth ride and the slot makes carving turns a lot more fun. I’m 57 and getting back into the groove. Much better than the Black Knight I rode as a kid with clay wheels. Lol.

> 3 dayI love the look and feel of this board. It’s got good flex and a smooth ride. The stock bearings aren’t horrible, but I switched them out for Bones reds anyway. The only drawback has been the appearance of some stress cracks down the top of the board. I’ve only had it for about a month, and I don’t ride it too hard, so I’m a little disappointed.

> 3 dayI got this board not knowing if I’d like longboarding or not. I did install a set of Reds bearings out of the gate and that made a big improvement. I’m 6’4” and 240 lbs and this board supports me perfectly fine! I’ve only had it out twice but so far I really like it! (Hana Twin)

> 3 dayRetiring an old handmedown Loaded drop through deck, and this is honestly so light and reactive to the riders directional control that, paired with Sidewinder trucks and good ceramic bearings, taking even some of the tightest turns becomes reasonable. Light as hell, feels like youre floating

> 3 daySo this is a pretty decent board for the price range. Solid grip, the trucks have good turn radius on them and I love the simplicity in the style. My only issue is the bearing aren’t that smooth. It doesn’t glide as long as I’d like for the amount of push I give. But that’s something I can easily fix. And I shouldn’t complain too much about a complete deck for so cheap. It’s a great starter board or just one for cruising around the neighborhood.
