> 3 dayExactly as promised. Great deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings. I wanted a cruiser board for riding the asphalt trail a few miles to downtown. Great for me.

09-06-2025Longtime skater, first time longboader. Just got this board and Ive had it out a few times already. Like others, I had to tighten the screws of the trucks to the board as well as tighten the kingpin. Lots of flex in the board and trucks which is perfect for carving, which is what I wanted it for. It has great response for carving. I may tighten it up a bit more though for more stability. Its not built for bombing hills and not advertised to do so. I will eventually get new wheels and bearings. The ones that come with it are good with the total cost of the board, but I want something a little smoother and to spin a little longer. Overall great board.

> 3 dayAfter researching many different boards, I finally decided to purchase this one and I am very happy I did so. The aspects of this board that stuck out most to me are the price (for what you get especially now that I have the board), other reviews, and the natural look In use, the board has proven to be quite sturdy. I have ridden it approximately 60 miles by now and have had no issues. It has taken several hard hits to the curb and no splintering or cracking is to be seen. The stock bearings are admittedly not incredibly smooth. $20 can get you a great new set of bearings that will match the quality of the rest of the board. Overall, I would highly recommend this board to anyone.

> 3 dayThis is the first board I’ve owned, and I’m in love. For the past few days, I’ve been using it to get around my college campus, so it’s saved me a lot of time. Plus, I look cool. :) I literally had the thing for five seconds—I had just taken it out of its box and started to take it home when I got my first “Nice board.” The look of it is very beautiful and minimalist, not overly fussy like other skateboard designs. It rides like a cloud. I’m not professional, but it gets me where I need to be quickly, so that’s good enough for me. I can’t wait to start learning tricks on it. I’ve been watching longboard dancing videos for years wanting to imitate the skaters, but I wasn’t able to because of the shape of my brother’s board. Now I have no excuses—time to learn! One thing I will say, which you’ve probably already guessed, is that it’s quite cumbersome, so you can’t take it everywhere. It’s awkward taking it around crowded classrooms and cafeterias, but that can be overlooked. Just looking at Crownboards and Pepper Boards, I feed the Magneto dancer has just as much to offer at an infinitely lower price. I’m proud to recommend it.

> 3 dayIm a 49 year old guy and I dont have any kids. So I decided to teach my red heeler (Bailey) to skateboard. This board is perfect for that. Bailey likes the grip tape. Too much fun can scuff her paws though, so I always suggest that your dog wear protective booties-- if your pets show an interest in skateboarding. I thought I was too old to skateboard, but shes let me borrow it a few times. Super smooth ride. Also, when Bailey wears a harness, I will let her pull me through a grass field on this. These wheels go over grass and bumps no problems. I think off-road, dog-pulled skateboarding should become a thing. This thing is a lot of fun. Its fast and its probably not a good first board, but its pretty great if you want to ride on just about any surface.

> 3 dayUpdate 4/12/2022 - So I replaced the spacers/bearings and I put the original wheels that came with the board. The wheels spin smooth now and no issue. I ran into another problem during a test ride. I heard a odd noise like a crack when I was riding. Now I have to replace the hardware too. I weigh around 175lbs during the ride all I did was push, carve, and kept it mellow. I am seriously thinking of replacing the trucks all together with a well known brand I have several boards from. I understand things happen and products have issues from time to time. Kind of ridiculous to have to replace all of these things. Just to go for a ride. In the future I will stick with my preferred brands. I added a new photo of where the board currently sits. It has my other two boards on top of it when I am not riding. I just hope the board holds up when riding it once I get everything switched out... Original Review - The board looks great and I am very happy with it. I searched for the tool that was supposed to come with it, and there was no tool. No worries I have plenty of skate tools on hand. I tested the wheels and they barely spun so I tried adjusting them first. It made no difference how loose I went. I decided to pull the wheels and bearings/spacers off. I had one heck of a time getting two of the wheels off and the bearings were difficult to remove from the wheels. When I finally got them off I decided put on new bearings and wheels off of my Carver Black Tip. The Roundhouse set with the Carver bearings spun beautifully. Maybe I got a dud with the wheel bearings/spacers on this board, no biggie. I really like how stable this board is when I jumped up and down. Also The ride is nice even though I switched out the wheels and bearings. Control was nice. The trucks are decent and I made sure to add some lube in the pivots it squeaked a bit. There was no lube in either pivots. It was a smooth ride for a quick test today. I think I am eventually going to grab new wheels and bearings for this board in the future. Please check your quality control. Other than that I am quite happy.

05-06-2025This board is worth the price if you can snag it on sale. Mine was 50% off. The shipping took an extra day but that’s not what I’m rating. Out of the box this board needs tuning. People have said the wheel don’t spin freely. Loosen the axle screw about a half turn and that’ll fix that issue. I prefer a more tight ride and after a few rides and bushing tightenings, I found a sweet spot. Crank those bushings until they start to bulge and then ride. They’ll loosen a bit and then tighten them once more. Boom. Ready to go. I’m a seasoned boarder, skater, wakeborder, and a novice surfer. I know my way around my stick. This drives like a Cadillac. It’s 42” exactly and isn’t for kids. Teens maybe but it’s too heavy and long for little ones. I’m 5’11”, 180# and the flex and curvature of the deck is excellent. The hardware is just fine and will wear out over time, but unless you’re trying to, for some reason, grind curbs with this thing it will last for years. Overall for the price (on sale) it’s 4.5 star stick. Bring your own stickers!

07-06-2025My child recently became interested in longboatding but neither of us know anyone close to us rhar skates. Magneto had very explanations of each of their boards, and it helped! The Hana is perfect with the right amount of stability, stiffness, and control. Very smooth ride. Everyone in the fam wants one now!

Greater than one weekUpdate (5/21/17) After a month of using this board, I really feel like its the best cruising board I have. Its really stable and it grabs my feet well. I can go over some pretty big cracks and bumps without it suddenly changing direction (which is really important because I ride with my right foot towards the back) The stock wheels and bearing are still smooth. Occasionally, I have to tighten the truck mounting screws. Magneto Bamboo Longboard (not the carbon one) This is a great board for cruising around trails and exploring the town. Its rock solid, not too bouncy, and very very stable while providing a decently tight turn radius. It gives a bit if you bounce one it - but my 180lbs doesnt bend it more than an inch. It feels nearly unbreakable. I dont think Ill be replacing the trucks/wheels with anything, the stock ones are very very nice. Im impressed at the quality of this board -- its beautiful to look at and it rides like a cloud. If I turn the board hard, the turning radius doesnt allow me to completely do a u-turn on my residential USA street...Its close, but I always end up in the shoulder and in the grass.
