> 3 dayI purchased this board on 6/3/18 When I first received it I had an issue with getting the wheels and bearings off of the trucks. So I deployed tools to try and remove them, so I could replace the bearings with Reds, but in the end was only able to get 3 of the 4 wheels off. The one that stayed was the right side of the front trunk. I wrote quite a review for Magneto and returned that board. And to my surprise magneto actually reached out to me! And said they wanted to send me a new board on them! When I received the replacement board with the same problem describe above. I contacted magneto and they sent me one replacement truck and now the board works as it should. But I’ve still gone ahead and replaced the bearings with reds, and the bushings and wheels with orangutans. Now the board carves like a dream and looks even better! But it costs $130 for the board and $95 for the Reds and Orangutans to get to this point. The problem is while this product looks awesome. And that is exact the reason I was so eager to receive it. Other than the deck this board uses low quality parts. The bearings do not roll like skate bearings, the wheels are of Moderat quality, the bushings lack control and squeak a lot, but most frustrating! Some of the trucks were made to the wrong specifications. Making it impossible for you to remove the wheels and bearings. Particularly the right side on the front truck! It’s slightly cone shaped so you can put the bearings on but you can’t take them off. But on the other hand magneto seems to stand by their products and so far the communications I have had with magneto and their customer service is top notch! And what I would expect from a company like Apple or Keurig. Not a skateboard company, I thought all company’s had given up on their customers. But I guess not magneto! And if you’ve made it this far and still want the board I say “JUST DO IT” that deck is worth the potential problems and even if they do occur Magneto will be there to help you resolve it. I just suggest trying to remove the wheels once you get it to ensure your board is not affected by this problem too.

> 3 dayUpdate 4/12/2022 - So I replaced the spacers/bearings and I put the original wheels that came with the board. The wheels spin smooth now and no issue. I ran into another problem during a test ride. I heard a odd noise like a crack when I was riding. Now I have to replace the hardware too. I weigh around 175lbs during the ride all I did was push, carve, and kept it mellow. I am seriously thinking of replacing the trucks all together with a well known brand I have several boards from. I understand things happen and products have issues from time to time. Kind of ridiculous to have to replace all of these things. Just to go for a ride. In the future I will stick with my preferred brands. I added a new photo of where the board currently sits. It has my other two boards on top of it when I am not riding. I just hope the board holds up when riding it once I get everything switched out... Original Review - The board looks great and I am very happy with it. I searched for the tool that was supposed to come with it, and there was no tool. No worries I have plenty of skate tools on hand. I tested the wheels and they barely spun so I tried adjusting them first. It made no difference how loose I went. I decided to pull the wheels and bearings/spacers off. I had one heck of a time getting two of the wheels off and the bearings were difficult to remove from the wheels. When I finally got them off I decided put on new bearings and wheels off of my Carver Black Tip. The Roundhouse set with the Carver bearings spun beautifully. Maybe I got a dud with the wheel bearings/spacers on this board, no biggie. I really like how stable this board is when I jumped up and down. Also The ride is nice even though I switched out the wheels and bearings. Control was nice. The trucks are decent and I made sure to add some lube in the pivots it squeaked a bit. There was no lube in either pivots. It was a smooth ride for a quick test today. I think I am eventually going to grab new wheels and bearings for this board in the future. Please check your quality control. Other than that I am quite happy.

> 3 dayI just got the board so i cant yet say for sure how amazing it is but from what i have done with it it is pretty amazing its my second board ever and i got the dancer since im trying to learn more dance oriented tricks so from what i have ridden its pronominal. The turns are smooth the rides like a dream. only problem i had with it was when i got it out of the box after tightening the hardware and everything to how i liked it and rode it was making a squeaking noise when i heel side carved it might just need a few hours of riding to break in. Also it had a line going vertical on the board but it seemed like it was part of the original wood but it looked sealed so i didnt bother reporting it. Otherwise it rides like a dream on my old board the speedometer never even registered now that is says im going 11 mps got me really hype. Overall a great buy highly recommend. oh it is also beautiful.

> 3 dayThis is my second longboard, while I am still a beginner I wanted to get something that was a little more flexible for better turning. The Magneto is amazing! The deck has just the right amount of flexibility to make turning easier and more fun. But its not too flexible to where I feel unsafe. Its perfect. The deck on this board is beautiful, it looks even better in person than in the pictures. They did such a nice job. I love that they used the sand on top of the deck instead of grip tape. It looks so good! The trucks and wheels that the board come with are super nice...the board is incredibly smooth! The wheels are nice and soft and the trucks turn really well. I had to loosen the bearings a little bit but after that they work great also! I was a little worried about spending a few extra bucks on this compared to some other boards but Im so happy I did! Definitely worth the little extra cash for such a big difference! Great job on this one Magneto!

> 3 dayThis longboard is super easy to ride! Maybe that is just the nature of longboards, but I am a true beginner and I found it very easy to push and turn the board. PROS: - Riding on rough asphalt is nice and smooth. You can still pick up speed pretty easily and the wheels absorb a lot of the shock from the road. - The grip on the deck is good and not too grabby. - The design of the board is top notch. - The bearings seem to be pretty good. CONS: - The trucks are really loose out of the box. I tightened them and they still have a lot of play in them. I’ll try tightening them all the way and see if that helps. - The kicks are relatively small. If you are new to longboards(like me), it will seem like you need a good amount of force to kick the board up. Definitely not as easy as a regular skateboard. All in all, this is a pretty good board for a beginner. You will automatically feel confident after hopping on the board for the first time and rolling without falling off the board. On a side note the deck has plenty of flex. I’m 215lbs and get a lot of flex from the deck. My daughter is about 75lbs and only gets a little flex from the board. But it is probably still enough flex to carve effectively. Final evaluation: The board is worth buying. You’ll be pleased.

> 3 dayOverall, Im very impressed with this longboard. The deck is a classic pintail cruiser and feels strong and supple, with good craftsmanship and machining, a good amount of flex, and plenty of grip. The provided kit is also solid, with great wheels, decent-quality trucks, and well-tuned bushings. I have only one complaint, which is that the provided bearings are mediocre, but I swapped them out with Bones Super Reds and it rides like a dream now. Whether youre a new rider looking for a good starter board, or a long-time rider who wants a classic cruiser to ride around without paying an arm and a leg for an Arbor, this board is a great buy.

> 3 dayHeres the bottom line folks: Buy this board if you like a minimal or classic style. I pride myself on doing inhuman amounts of research over products I aim to buy and this board fit my billet more than any other. Rest assured that if you have any doubts or worries or issues in the process or once you have this board, Magneto Boards will be there to help you. If you care to read my story, here you go: I purchased this board and received it in a week on a Friday. a bit long for Amazon standards but what the hay, that just added to my anticipation. It was however, much to my dismay that I would open my package and find that the paint of my new board was chipped! Thoroughly inspecting revealed that this was not a shipping mar but a manufacturing defect (see my picture). In these situations though, you have to take a breath and realize that no one is perfect. Mistakes DO HAPPEN and that is OK! ...of course though being a first world consumer, it was my obligation to seek rectification. That very Friday night I sent out a message directly to the seller and promptly the very next morning I was greeted with a friendly response engaging me about the nature of my complaint and offering me solutions to remedy it. Magneto Boards offered solution was beyond generous and honestly surprised me that over the internet they could make me feel like they were a friendly local business that I had known since I grew up. It is now the very next Tuesday and I await the arrival of my replacement board tomorrow! I only wish I could have had the name of the person that helped me that I could mention them in this post. Happy riding!

> 3 dayLove this board, use it to take the dog on runs. Smooth as glass on the road and sidewalks. I did put some reds in it since I had them but the ones it came with weren’t bad. Actually saved them for later.

> 3 dayExactly as promised. Great deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings. I wanted a cruiser board for riding the asphalt trail a few miles to downtown. Great for me.
