It’s a great mailbox until it rains because it gets my mail wet on the inside of it. Not waterproof at all. It’s a beast of a mailbox. It’s on the higher side price wise considering that it’s not waterproof. Something to consider.

Update my mail box and location to match and help the look it my house

I went ahead and purchased thinking my mailbox and neighbors selection came with reflective numbers and openings in the rear. Neither assumption is correct. I guess I wasnt very careful in my selection and assumptions.

I am so pleased and so glad I purchased this. I do not have problems with theft anymore. It was put on existening post already in ground. You can not pry open this model or put your hand down in it It is big enough to hold a lot of mail, including small packages. I highly recommend this locked mailbox.

With these thieves on the rise, hopefully this will deter them. So tired of getting my mail stolen.

While this is a great mailbox, you sent the cream colored mailbox when I ordered a brass color. My mailbox was broken so I was forced to keep the wrong color. The mailbox is easy to lock and does appear to be sturdy.

Likes: pewter color, lock, sturdy. I had to have someone install it but it works like I had hoped.

This mailbox rocks. Very strong and durable comes with like 6 extra keys and works great for theft prevention
