> 3 dayI recently upgraded to the Mail Boss 7506 Mail Manager Curbside Locking Security Mailbox, and I am incredibly impressed with its superior security features and durability. This mailbox has proven to be an excellent investment, providing peace of mind and reliable protection for my mail and packages. The security offered by this mailbox is exceptional. The sturdy construction, featuring 14-gauge and 16-gauge galvanized steel, ensures that it can withstand tampering attempts and protect my mail from theft. The innovative anti-pry latch and reinforced locking mechanism provide an additional layer of security, giving me confidence that my mail is safe and secure. Installation was straightforward, thanks to the comprehensive instructions and included mounting hardware. The mailbox is designed to be mounted securely to a post, ensuring stability and longevity. The large size of the mailbox accommodates a significant volume of mail and packages, making it ideal for those who receive a high volume of mail or frequently order online. The black powder-coated finish not only adds a sleek and stylish look to the mailbox but also enhances its durability. It resists rust and weather elements, ensuring that the mailbox remains in excellent condition even in harsh outdoor environments. The smooth finish is also easy to clean and maintain. The locking mechanism of the Mail Boss 7506 is user-friendly and provides convenient access for authorized individuals. The included keys are sturdy and reliable, and the lock itself operates smoothly. I appreciate the peace of mind knowing that my mail is protected, even when Im away from home. Another notable feature of this mailbox is its capacity to receive large packages. The spacious interior and wide opening allow for easy retrieval of bulky items without compromising security. The integrated outgoing mail clip is a convenient addition for sending outgoing mail without the need to open the mailbox.

> 3 dayThis mailbox is definitely heavy-duty !! I bought this after I had an order stolen from my standard mailbox. I welded up some brackets specifically for this and bolted them in place. I had to drill a couple new holes, but knew that would be needed. The lock is easy to use, just have to remember to bring the key with me ;-) When I move, I will be taking this with me !! Would buy again !!!

> 3 dayThis has been a great purchase. I would highly recommend to anyone who has issues with folks going through their mailbox. Its secure, large enough for small packages and is made well.

> 3 dayThis is a sturdy box. It will hold a couple weeks worth of mail (less if youre letting all the catalogs and junk mail keep coming your way). It will hold very small packages like checkbox size or small soft pouch packages. Everyone gets black but why not be different? Bronze is nice. Still looks black unless its in bright sun. This isnt going to stop your determined thief with a battery powered cutter. But it will deter the opportunistic thief and less-than-vengeful vandals.

> 3 dayI ordered this mailbox in December 2019 in response to mail theft occurrences in our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods. While large packages cannot be left in it, it has served my primary purpose which is to have peace of mind when receiving business mail. The box is heavy, which is why it is not easy to install. You have to sink a solid post deep into the ground to hold the weight of the box. This is, in my opinion, actually a plus. The mail box looked great when it first arrived and has held up its good looks through extremes of hot weather, wet weather, and cold weather. Note: I had the post painted with a metallic bronze color to match the box, which added to its good looks. I think the box has been a good value for the money and for the peace of mind it offers. A determined thief would still be able to break into it (as determined theives do, even with USPS postal boxes in commercial centers and in the USPS brick-and-mortar locations). But the effort it will take could very well discourage those thieves.

> 3 dayIve had this installed for over a year and it has been great. I was unsure about this box and looked at many on line and in store before purchasing. When I picked up the package at my local USPS the worker told me thats the box to get, so I was optimistic. I installed the box on a heavier gauge metal plate base with stainless tamperproof hardware then put it on a 4x6 pressure treated post with 2 sacks of fence post mix and steel unistrut running the top/bottom length on the front side of the post attached with stainless sheet metal screws then ground the heads for tamperproof. The strut was to keep a wise guy with a cordless saw from just cutting the post and making off with it and opening it at home. Our rural cluster of about 30 mailboxes has had increased theft over the past couple years. There are about 5 locking boxes in the group now and 3 or 4 are also mail boss. No damage or vandalism so I cant speak to the pry resistance. Weve had plenty of severe weather and havent had any wet mail. It comes with a plastic corrugated tray to place in the bottom to keep mail off bottom of box to stay dry. I added some peel/adhesive backed foam gasket around the door when I installed it because I had read that some peoples mail got wet. The bottom of the foam has a gap so it doesnt hold water if some does get in. So far its bone dry.
