Likes: pewter color, lock, sturdy. I had to have someone install it but it works like I had hoped.

Sturdy, Lock seems solid. How meds stolen from old type box. feel more secure now. It was moderately easy to install. I had all the tools I needed and am use to doing this type of work. Average home owner will need one with a separate mounting plate.

I liked just about everything about it. The only thing is if there is a box that is to big; the mailman has to get out and place it on the porch. Still potential for theft.

I needed a locking mailbox outside my gate so nail carrier need not deal with my dog. I chose this box to mount on a preexisting 4x4 post. There are 4 holes in the bottom of the box for lag screws to secure the box onto a wooden PTL post. It would have been helpful I suppose if there was a paper template included in order to guide the drilling. Also, included drill bit was badly bent and unusable, and one of the lag screws had a misshapen head requiring me to use a slightly larger driver.

While this is a great mailbox, you sent the cream colored mailbox when I ordered a brass color. My mailbox was broken so I was forced to keep the wrong color. The mailbox is easy to lock and does appear to be sturdy.

I bolted the Mail Box to my concrete porch. No one is getting into this but me. Great design.

Theyve thought of all the perils of postal theft & addressed them! Really a well designed & beautifully constructed mail box. Came on time.

Locks and opens easily. A very sturdy mailbox! A great value for the price!
