Fun, interesting, durable Unbreakable, handy, well designed for car work. Great in the attic - no glare lighting. battery is a little heavy, but its solid and can be positioned all different ways. No more tuning around for new halogen or flashlight bulbs. WORKS A LONG TIME, TOO!

Since I have Makita cordless drills, we thought this light would be good for extra light when working or for emergency light in the house in case of a power outage. Having a number of batteries for the other tools means that we are sure to have a couple that are fully charged somewhere close by so we can depend on having a few hours of good light if needed. Only a week or so after receiving this light, we had an overnight power outage due to thunderstorm winds downing trees and powerlines so we put it to the test, and found it did an acceptable job of lighting up a room, giving us light to read by in adjoining chairs. And have been using it regularly when working in a dark corner or in a shed with no electricity or permanent lights. The various adjustment to aim the light and the hook on top give lots of options to position the light unit so it shines where you want it to. It has two brightness levels so you can get quite a long use by choosing the lower brightness.

Very good work light

Terrific LED light that is very versatile and has great battery life, especially when compared to the Makita fluorescent work light models. My only complaint is that is doesnt have a battery level indicator (3 bar type) like the newer Makita LXT tools. Highly recommended.

There is not an angle this light cannot light up. Very pleased with the light it provides.

Great light! I have 2 now, they can light up a room or basement no problem. The on/off button is easy to find and use.
