Makita DML801 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Cordless 12 L.E.D. Flashlight, Flashlight Only, Black

Used the product only a couple of time and it started to flicker on me. It is worst when the battery is fully charged. I have a full line of Makita LXT products and this one let me down. When it does work properly, it is very bright. Initially I thought it was my batteries, but I got some new batteries to test out and still have the same problem.

Just purchased, and have only used it once. Its well made, lightweight, very bright on max setting, and bright on half setting. I think itll last a long time as other Makita products I own.

I travel with a select set of tools and this light never gets left behind. Super bright and light weight. The strap it comes with is useless but the built in hook is great! I accidentally left it on attached to a 2.0 ah battery for two days straight. It must just sip power. I bought a second one

Great flashlight , got it for 37 dollars and change with prime . I use a 5.0 ah battery , brightness is on point . Pivots in a lot of directions. Great light by makita .

I am very pleased with this light. Very bright with the six LED on. The multiple light positions make it very good for many jobs.

Get the package that includes the battery,thats a 5 star rating ! Even though the 3mah bat that the other package comes with does not have bat level meter.get the package that come w bat. LEDs are bright and very useful !

I used to carry a small LED flashlight to check for leaks in the roof from the attic. Those batteries were small and didnt last, Id end up having to use my phone. I saw this and jumped on it as i already have a bunch of Makita tools for work. This was a lifesaver this rainy season, a ton of light and no issues with a low battery at all. Really gave me great visibility in the multiple dark attics i had to go in this year. I keep this in my truck with my impact and drill. Its a perfect size, its bright and has more light than i needed (i use the 5ah batts) i also felt the price was really fair for such a great light.

You can use this light in a lot of different ways as it is adjustable and BRIGHT. My husband really likes it.

How does a product go through so many design stages ,hand-offs and check-offs with such a poorly designed, virtually invisible and tactilely unfindable on/off switch? Beats me.
