If you are a WiiU owner looking to use that WiiU pro controller on your PC? This is the device for you. Installation is as easy as plugging it in. With a toggle switch you can select between Dinput and Xinput. It effectively tricks your PC into thinking your WiiU pro controller is an Xbox Controller. It works great for games like MGSV too. Once its plugged in all you have to do is hit the sync button on both devices and your in business. It removes the hassle of trying to configure your controller through Bluetooth on your PC.

Works like a charm, no setup necessary. Im able to use my WiiU Pro controllers for all my Retroarch games as well as my Steam library on my PC. Nice! WiiU Pro Controllers are very cheap on eBay compared to Switch Pro Controllers, so for the price of this one doodad, you can stock up on controllers for your PC with ease. Highly recommended.

While it technically functions, it does not seem to work very well with third-party controllers. For example, my Hyperkin ProCube controller is unable to use all of the buttons when connected, as the device falsely registers a button being held down on my controller.

Works just as I hoped it would. It was simple to install and get running. I figured it would make my Wii U Pro Controller emulate a 360 controller, and the button layout would match for 360. I.e. Y on a 360 pad is the top button, but is X on a Pro controller. I figured with this that X on my Pro controller would function as Y did on my 360. To my surprise all the buttons were correct. What was Y on my 360 controller is still Y on my Pro controller!

Ive always been a big fan of the Wii U Pro controller. Its just so damn comfy! But, I play most of my games on a PC and some games just play better with a controller than with Keyboard/Mouse. So, Ive been stuck with the 360 controller for years. Which, to be fair, is a fine enough controller if youre just using analog sticks the entire time. However, some games are better played with a D-Pad and the D-Pad on the 360 controller is atrocious! So, I stumbled upon this adaptor, scooped it up in an instant, and the Wii U Pro controller is now my primary PC gaming controller! Zero connection issues, zero discernible lag, it just plain works!

Fantastic product. When I bought it, I realized it was going to be a slightly different experience from a normal PC controller (like an Xbox one) since the buttons are not only flipped with the right joystick on the Wii U Pro, but theyre also in different orders. However, since then, I found there has been a driver update available online that can even let you remap the button configurations to a normal PC controller setting. Fantastic product overall, would highly recommend.

I was aware that I could get the Wii U Pro controller to work on my PC with a regular old bluetooth adapter, but this was barely more expensive and didnt require fiddling with as much software setup. To me, I thought the convenience of the item was worth it. On the PC everything seemed to work without any problems so far. Just a bit of light use over a few months, but at least initially its been fine for me. PC Games with the Xbox360 controller support recognized the controller fine. I used it a bit in FF14 ARR, and it worked fine. It also worked in some games that required Direct Input instead of XInput. So both functions worked fine for me. This isnt a knock on the product, but button mappings were a problem when trying to use with the PS3. Its possible to use for games that allow full button re-mapping, but most dont do that. TLDR: It works.

Its a good adapter but could be much better CON=You can only connect 1 controller as a Xbox controller Per Adapter. - One WiiU Pro Controller works on Xinput mode also buttons are mapped very confusingly(Controller Mapping below). __X360___>__WiiU____ ___ Y ____>___ X ____ __ X_B ___>__ Y_A ____ ___ A ____>___ B ____ - Dinput mode can connect 4 Controllers at once. ===================================================================== My 2 cents All this adapter needs to improve for me is the following - Allow 2 or more WiiU Pro Controllers to connect in Xinput Mode - Companion app with multiple button presets with atleast 1 custom preset.

I have been using this adapter for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. I love the Wii U Pro controller, but it wasnt getting much use with my Wii U. Now, I am using it every single day with my computer and I like it much more than the PS3 controller I was using before with my computer. Not to mention how much clutter this saves by eliminating the long cords I had to use before getting this. Like other users have mentioned, the buttons do correspond to the Xbox 360 buttons, so youll have to get used to A, B, X, and Y being in different places than the 360 controller. It only took me a couple days to adjust, and after about a week I didnt even have to think about which buttons were which. I only use the Xinput mode, and it has worked with every game I have played. For $25, I think this was well worth the purchase price. Definitely would recommend.
