> 3 dayGreat little device. Allowed me to pair a single Wii U Pro controller with a PC. I was not clear when I bought it whether it would allow for the connection of multiple controllers, which is why I actually bought it (I have 2), so its getting the 3 star rating for being somewhat hazy in its description. So, in summary: works great, works with only one controller

> 3 dayIt does what it says and it works ok but mine was kind of buggy. The Xinput/Dinput switch doesnt work very well and found it switching off of Xinput on its own alot without the physical switch moving. I have to fiddle with it a bit to get it to work again. I just gave up and bought an Xbox One controller and tossed it in my junk drawer.

Greater than one weekI use this in conjunction with the Xbox One controller adapter. 2 Xbox One controllers and 2 Wii U Pro controllers. I like it but you can only connect one Wii U Pro controller in Xinput mode (It picks it up as an Xbox 360 controller) and in Dinput mode it recognizes 4 controllers when I connect two so in some games the controllers dont work because they get added as Player 5 and Player 6. Whenever I only have 2 other friends, I just put it in Xinput mode so I dont have to deal with the problems.

> 3 dayI used to use my PS3 and these hacker made applications to use the Sony gamepad with my favorite PC games that I dislike playing with a keyboard. Nintendos Pro Pad eats the PS4 and XBOX One controllers lunch - in every way, and is for even highly advanced PC users essentially impossible to bluetooth connect to your PC without registry and system file level hacking and unverified driver installation steps that even went beyond my comfort level and I build machines and can even make a PC into an apple computer if I want. Spend an entire weekend failing and failing and breaking your windows install or creating bugs that lead to crashes and a shell of a computer and still likely you will have failed to do what this device for like $15 does in this many moves: 1. plug into USB 2.0 or 3.0 2. press sync on the device 3. press sync on pro pad. DONE - instantly works. You can in few steps use it still for your Wii U, and even unplug and change your USB port used and this has zero effect on its connection. Games for Windows that require an xbox controller? Theres a switch you flick and bam, now its xbox you can even install the xbox controller drivers and press the home button and windows will pop up the xbox green controller 1 logo and options to upgrade the software. You dont even need that, or to calberate your pro pad, $15 makes the worlds best modern pad work with every game to come to market as of this writing Dec 2014.

> 3 dayAre you having trouble connecting any Nintendo device to Windows 10 after the April 2018 update? I did, then I bought this. Instant sync to my Wii U Pro controller, Windows sees an Xbone controller, and the Wii U emulator (CEMU) will let you map a Wii U Pro control scheme to it. Im playing my games at intended speed, with higher resolution, and none of the odd noises the console makes. Its great.

> 3 daySomeone else pointed out that you cant remap the ABXY to correspond to standard placement for the same letters on the XBOX 360 Controller. Ill admit that this was also causing me some amount of grievances, but I googled it and apparently there was a firmware update in February of this year and you can now switch back and forth between standard letter-to-letter mapping and A<->B, X<->Y mapping. So, in case it helps anyone: - Go to their site, find the firmware upgrade from 2/10/15, download, unzip, run. - You may need to unplug your adapter and/or hold the sync button or something to get the button to light up. - After installing the firmware update, you can hold Start and B for 3 seconds to switch to standard physical mapping (A<->B; X<->Y) - If you want to go back, hold Start and A for 3 seconds. I dont think theres any sort of indication or anything, but it worked for me. It took me a little bit of searching to get this working exactly how I wanted it to... but it was also cheap and seems to now be working exactly how I want it to. The fact that they released a firmware update that fixes what seems to be a lot of peoples top grievance with it (after a precursory Google search) is neat too. As such, I cant really say anything against the product... Ill let you know if it fails me.

> 3 dayI was aware that I could get the Wii U Pro controller to work on my PC with a regular old bluetooth adapter, but this was barely more expensive and didnt require fiddling with as much software setup. To me, I thought the convenience of the item was worth it. On the PC everything seemed to work without any problems so far. Just a bit of light use over a few months, but at least initially its been fine for me. PC Games with the Xbox360 controller support recognized the controller fine. I used it a bit in FF14 ARR, and it worked fine. It also worked in some games that required Direct Input instead of XInput. So both functions worked fine for me. This isnt a knock on the product, but button mappings were a problem when trying to use with the PS3. Its possible to use for games that allow full button re-mapping, but most dont do that. TLDR: It works.

> 3 dayWorks just as I hoped it would. It was simple to install and get running. I figured it would make my Wii U Pro Controller emulate a 360 controller, and the button layout would match for 360. I.e. Y on a 360 pad is the top button, but is X on a Pro controller. I figured with this that X on my Pro controller would function as Y did on my 360. To my surprise all the buttons were correct. What was Y on my 360 controller is still Y on my Pro controller!

> 3 dayI bought this adapter about 5 months ago so I could use my Wii U Pro Controller on my PC. It performs this task flawlessly, and without lag. It takes approximately one second to synchronize, and is recognized by every game Ive tried with it. I leave it plugged into one of the front USB ports on my computer, if that matters. It came with a DVD that probably has drivers on it, but I dont recall ever actually using it. The adapter itself has plastic construction with four small phillips screws and a fairly light cord a couple feet in length. Mine has a range of 20-25 feet, but you might get better range if you mounted it somewhere higher, since mine just sits on my computer tower.

> 3 dayThis thing is great. Currently using it to play racing and indie games such as cuphead and rocket league. It was a little hard to set up at first with the directions being so vague but once it’s setup, it works great.
