Its really mayflash but anyway it works! Installed the driver from mayflash and Im currently only using one controller but I use directinput mode. Xinput, while good has one flaw - the two back triggers are really digital on wii u controller, so it wont work well on xinput. Oh well, I only use DirectInput though because of the cool software and it works better. I have two Xbox 360 controllers anyway and I bought this because I have x64 Windows and they block unverified drivers but this works. EDIT: After years, this device still works, but xinput is blocked on windows 10 x64. 4 stars because directinpt still works, and I use it only on skullgirls anyway.

I used to use my PS3 and these hacker made applications to use the Sony gamepad with my favorite PC games that I dislike playing with a keyboard. Nintendos Pro Pad eats the PS4 and XBOX One controllers lunch - in every way, and is for even highly advanced PC users essentially impossible to bluetooth connect to your PC without registry and system file level hacking and unverified driver installation steps that even went beyond my comfort level and I build machines and can even make a PC into an apple computer if I want. Spend an entire weekend failing and failing and breaking your windows install or creating bugs that lead to crashes and a shell of a computer and still likely you will have failed to do what this device for like $15 does in this many moves: 1. plug into USB 2.0 or 3.0 2. press sync on the device 3. press sync on pro pad. DONE - instantly works. You can in few steps use it still for your Wii U, and even unplug and change your USB port used and this has zero effect on its connection. Games for Windows that require an xbox controller? Theres a switch you flick and bam, now its xbox you can even install the xbox controller drivers and press the home button and windows will pop up the xbox green controller 1 logo and options to upgrade the software. You dont even need that, or to calberate your pro pad, $15 makes the worlds best modern pad work with every game to come to market as of this writing Dec 2014.

I bought this device so I could use my Wii U Pro Controllers with my Mac. Ive been using it for a while now and it works great for that purpose, assuming you have it set to Dinput mode. Just push the sync button on the device and any controllers you wish to connect and youre pretty much set. There is one minor issue with the way it reports axis information. The x-axis on the right analog stick is reported as a third axis on the left stick and the right stick only gets the y-axis. This is not a problem for games that allow detailed configuration of the controller, but some games may not work properly if they try to detect the sticks and dont let you set them up manually. I had this same problem with another Mayflash adapter I got several years ago. Not sure why they keep getting this wrong, but for my purposes it is not a problem. I would give the device a 5-star rating if it werent for this issue.

Works perfectly fine even with 3rd party controllers. I only have ONE issue with it -- I can only connect a single controller at a time under Xinput mode, but works fine with 4 controllers on Dinput. Not that big of an issue but something to point out. The firmware update it comes with allows you to switch the buttons from the Wii U layout and the traditional Xbox 360 controller layout with button mapping. ALSO this works awesomely on the PS3, just keep in mind that it doesnt have pressure sensitive controls and only supports a single controller on PS3.

I have been using this adapter for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. I love the Wii U Pro controller, but it wasnt getting much use with my Wii U. Now, I am using it every single day with my computer and I like it much more than the PS3 controller I was using before with my computer. Not to mention how much clutter this saves by eliminating the long cords I had to use before getting this. Like other users have mentioned, the buttons do correspond to the Xbox 360 buttons, so youll have to get used to A, B, X, and Y being in different places than the 360 controller. It only took me a couple days to adjust, and after about a week I didnt even have to think about which buttons were which. I only use the Xinput mode, and it has worked with every game I have played. For $25, I think this was well worth the purchase price. Definitely would recommend.

Have to say I wasnt sure if I could get this work after some woes a friend had with wireless controllers and emulators, but we had 4 Wii U Pro Controllers sitting around that we dont really utilize. Setup was easy. I just installed the drivers/software from the disk before plugging them in and they were recognized in RetroArch. I did have to go through and assign all the buttons, but RetroArch makes that easy. Have been working great for over a month.

I wish it was a bit cheaper (or just cheaper shipping) but its still worth it. It works flawlessly! Dark Souls 1 & 2 play so much better and the buttons are mapped properly, plus it makes plenty of other games (such as every game by The Behemoth) quite a bit easier too. This is definitely worth it if you only have console controllers, and in my opinion the WiiU Pro Controller is a thousand times better than the 360 controller so its just that much better.

I bought the Mayflash SNES to USB adapter before for emulation purposes, and while that worked (and still works) great, I wanted to be wireless while gaming on my HTPC in my living room. I wanted something close to the original SNES pad as possible, and while the Dualshock 3 and 4 are excellent, they dont feel like a Nintendo product. I got this adapter to use the Wii U Pro Controller and it works without a hitch. SNES games feel incredible now. The only problem Im having, which isnt much of an issue, is I cant get it to work in DInput mode, only Xinput. The power button on the controller works fine with Xinput, but when I try to power it on with Dinput I get nothing. I have to load control panel and go to gamepad properties for it to turn on. Every time. Id rather use it in that mode just so it wouldnt conflict with my Xbox 360 adapter and the numbering of those pads, but either Im missing something or it doesnt work like that. Either way, still a very solid plug and play product.
