> 3 day- ultra thin with junction box are easiest to install in existing house - simple instructions and worked fine - quality looks ok to me - price is reasonable - brightness with 4 led for 150sq ft room was good , for larger room I used 6

Greater than one weekElectrician Here. If the reader is an electrician as well, then one knows how easy these are to install. For those folk, I will just say, Plenty of room in the junction box, dimmable by standard switch, and temp control switch on the j-box. For all non-electrician buyers: One cannot go wrong with these lights. Not only are they easy to install, they are even easier to replace when the time comes. DYI folks using them for the first time will be thrilled with the simplicity. Anyway... Good lights at a good price. Adjustable color. Dimmable. Well packed. I can never have too many in stock. Can lights without the can. No clearance worries. Just clip in and smile. These four inch can killers require a few more units to light up a whole room; however, just a few are great to really brighten a specific area. Be sure all the color switches are set them same when installing (different temp settings are very noticeable) and wrapping the j-box closed with electrical tape covering the switch as well is a good hack for the inexperienced.

11-04-2025As a home remodeler I found these easy to install as retrofit lighting The ability to change the temperature for different rooms is very important and the night light feature is a bonus These lights are about half the cost as those found in larger home improvement stores. Thumbs Up

Greater than one weekThe lights dim very smooth and I did not see any flickering. We are going to be installing these in our living room once we get to that point in the renovation so I hope they hold up long term. They were packaged very nicely and the press in wire nuts inside the box seemed to be quality and hold things tight. They also use a standard 3pin low voltage lighting connector if you need to extend the distance to the control box without running more conduit or ROMEX.

> 3 dayI was extremely surprised at the quality and construction of these lights. They are a relatively easy and budget friendly way to update your house. The plug and play setup of these lights make it so easy to install or replace existing outdated lights. The control box is so light you could easily just lay it on top of your drywall if mounting to joist is too difficult. It is also fairly small so if your light placement ends up having a joist running down the middle of your hole you can still get the box into the ceiling. The lights are quite shallow as well so it should still sit flush. The retaining arms are tight enough to keep the light up but not so tight that its difficult to install or remove. I love the range of color temperature, however. The only downside is having to select which color temperature you want from each individual box so if you want to make a room warmer or cooler you have to do it at each box.

> 3 dayThese are great lights and super easy to install. They are perfect for our house due to some weird beams that run in the ceilings - these are so flat you can fit them anywhere to look aesthetically pleasing. An added bonus that Ive not seen on other disc lights is the toggle switch to adjust the brightness before installation. This way if you have other lights in the house - you can match the brightness level to those ones. I also light the nightlight feature as these will be going in a hallway. It is tricky to figure out how to use them though - and remember how to reset them if they are all off. The instructions included are good so I will have to keep those around in the junk drawer to remember. Great value!
