> 3 dayThese are great lights and easy to install. I did purchase a 6.1 inch circular saw for my drill to make cutting the holes a lot easier. No need for wire nuts because each light has the push connectors already attached with three additional connection holes for each wire. That makes it very simple to connect the lights to each other. Be sure you choose your light setting before placing them in the ceiling or you may have a difficult time getting them back out.

> 3 dayI love using these lights to replace old cans as well as to add new lights to areas where there was just one. For instance, I have a hallway that has one lights located midway down the hall. It has always provided light but until I started installing these things, I never knew how dark the hallway was. Luckly for me, I have the ability to get to the area in the attic and did the wiring while bent over the existing circuit.

> 3 dayThese 4 LED fixtures seem to be a great idea for room lighting. The color temperature can be set to what is appropriate for the room (switch settable on the metal box) and these install without the need for a permanent stud mounted light fixture. The metal box has conduit punch-outs and it should service as a junction box. The only potential concern is LED or junction box failure as it could be difficult to find replacement fixtures if for some reason they are discontinued by the manufacturer. Id suggest keeping several as spares.

Greater than one weekThese 6 Recessed lights worked great and appear to be of good quality. The nightlight is a cool extra feature that lets you light up the room with a very low light without needing a dimmer switch. And the halo ring nightlight looks cooler than just dimming the main light. The color adjustment option for the main light is another nice feature. Note that the color of the night light is not adjustable like the main light. The night light is on the yellow end of the scale but works well with this warm color.

> 3 dayThese lights are a spectacular deal. They install easily. A 4-inch hole saw is totally the way to go with these. Put your wire through the hole and connect it to the box. Set the color temperature... which is my favorite feature. Then tuck it all into the ceiling. These lights stand out and are really nice looking and plenty bright. And for 12 lights, this price is amazing.

> 3 dayI recently have been working on switching out my old recessed can lights to the new LED lights. I ordered these because I wanted to try out the night light feature for the hallways. Installation is pretty much like other recessed cans in that you remove the old one, wire up these lights in the little box and clip the lights into the hole. The ambient light coming from the outer ring for the nightlight feature is nice and has a warm color. The regular light is very bright as well, and the color selection is very nice as well. These are great!

Greater than one weekBuild Quality: I was impressed with the build quality for the price. The lights were pretty rigid. the plastic finish and translucent diffuser were all perfect with no scratches. The electrical box was of good quality. and closed well. Installation / size and trim tolerance.. Installation is straight forward and pretty simple for these types of lights. They fit my existing ~6 hole but I did notice the diameter was slightly larger than 6 as some of the screws have a bit of an extension (see 7th picture) and there isnt much of a Lip to cover the hole difference. In short you will need to have a very tight tolerance on your holes. If you use these light I suggest removing the clips from one of the lights, cutting a 5 and 3/4 , then lightly rasp the drywall and the fit should be about right. Brightness vs Color Temp: The lights look good and equally bright regardless of the color temp. Extend your life: The light has 2 sets of LEDS: 3000k and 5000k. I recommend going with the mid color (4000K) which will use both the 3000k and 5000k LEDs for the longest life of the fixture. (the LEDs are driven half as hard as a strictly 3000k or strictly 5000k setting) Final thoughts: These are good lights that I recommend.

> 3 dayI got these to replace smaller, 3 inch recessed lights in my wifes medical practice. The holes for the old lights were too small, so I used a 4 inch hole saw with my drill to make the holes larger, but still found that I needed to notch out several places for the light to fit. They are easy to connect and can have direct contact with insulation, so it didnt take a lot of time to get them installed. The old lights had a flicker to them that causes headaches to people, but these do not seem to have the same issue and have, so far, been an excellent replacement. Im a little confused for the listing as suitable for wet locations since the only thing supporting that claim is a thin rubber-like gasket where the lights meet the ceiling. I would recommend not putting these in a shower or sauna (or similar wet area). In summary, they are reasonably priced lights that are easy to install.
