My husband has tendinitis in one of his elbows, and he is able to put this on himself. It is flexible enough to wrap around his arm.

No issues with these. Velcro sticks great. Ice pack stsys innits pouch. Bought for a total knee replacement. Kind of too small for a bigger surgery like that though.

I only used the pack cold, but it worked so well Im pretty confident it works equally as well hot. The pack has enough gel that it stays cold for quite a while. By not freezing solid allows you to place it so that the entire pack makes contact (such as wrapping around hip area). The included pouch is a great help. Allows you to place it exactly where you need it and stays in place so youre constantly having to adjust it like a regular ice pack. Its also comfortable enough you dont even notice wearing it.

Needed to replace my old one. New brand but works for all body parts or just an easy to use icepack

This works great and gets cold enough to use quickly.
