Greater than one weekThese packs are generally good, the only exception being that when they first come out of the freezer there a little bit stiff and can be difficult to wrap around your elbow. For example, to get good contact. After about four or five minutes the frozen pack is there more flexible.

Greater than one weekI had a severe trauma to my knee and this pack has been amazing. Not only am I able to wrap it around my plus size thigh, it has more room on the band. I feel like I’d be able to secure it to multiple areas on my body despite being larger. The layering makes it easier to handle the ice without having to wrap towels underneath. Definitely a great find.
