Greater than one weekI like that the length of the strap allows you to use it on a variety of body parts, but it’s unwieldy on smaller areas like arms. I can wrap it around multiple times and still not achieve a snug fit. 2 straps that velcroed on and off, one short and one long, would be much more functional.

06-06-2025Like both packets, they are well made so I believe they will last. Have not tried heating them yet, but works great cold. They stay cold for at least an hour.
