> 3 dayThe strap , which is plenty long for going around the knee has an enclosed pocket at the end to hold the ice pack. There is velcro holding that shut and there is also velcro at the end of the elastic strap to hold it anywhere along the strap or packet pocket., very flexable. If using on my back or shoulder I could see the need for such a long strap but for my knee i does not have to be so long. The packets froze quickly and stay pretty flaxable to shape around my knee comfortably.With the two ice packs, its nice to have a fresh cool one ready to go after the first gets warm. It is all well built and very functional. There is a warranty.

Greater than one weekI found this and another pack on Amazon. Ice therapy is used routinely post operatively. I have a surgery scheduled in June. Was able to use post biopsy successfully on discomfort. I have used cold therapy on strains and what I had was substandard. Cannot wait to use it post op in June. These are thicker and better plastic, can also be used for heat therapy, are approximately the size I most often use, can be washed and look like they will last for some time. Good purchase.

> 3 dayMy tendons in my back and neck ruptured and icing it was so hard especially cuz moving was so hard. It stayed cold for way longer than most, and the strap thing is AWESOME! Ps if you ever wanna sneak in alchy anywhere this strap comes in handy lol
