Freezes quickly, fantastic wrap! The strap wraps securely around leg. I’ve been using it for a knee injury. Comes in a two pack, can heat it up too. The cold isn’t too cold, the ice/heat pack material is also pliable (bendable). Can use on arm, neck, shoulder. Would highly recommend!!

These ice packs work well. I used them on both of my sore and swollen knees after an intense work out routine. It would be even better if they included a second cover when both are being used at the same time. Since there is only one cover, I had to use my own material to cover the second one.

Shipping was quick, packaged nicely. The two gel packs and pouch are made well. Velcro strap thick and easy to adjust. Material is soft. Two gel packs froze well within an hour and molded nicely to the area. Didn’t try microwave. Would definitely recommend, great product!

I’ve searched high and low for a soft gel pack for injuries. One that would conform gently to give relief to any area needing it. These are perfect and the wrap they come with is awesome. It holds the pack gently to the injury and doesn’t move. It also provides a bit of insulation from the cold pack. I’m going to buy another set so we have them when needed.

Help eased the knee pain. Comfortable on leg.
