I had been wrapping a hard ice pack in a towel which I tucked in my shorts but it would slip. This stays put even while playing golf and it’s way more comfortable. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I weigh 140lbs and I’m 34 weeks pregnant (for reference) I love that it come with 2 packs and am able to use for hot or cold. Very convenient! Durable material. I would recommend.

Greater than one weekMy tendons in my back and neck ruptured and icing it was so hard especially cuz moving was so hard. It stayed cold for way longer than most, and the strap thing is AWESOME! Ps if you ever wanna sneak in alchy anywhere this strap comes in handy lol
