> 3 dayI put this in my hoop house, and use it to run a space heater set on a temperature-triggered schedule. The Meross to SmartThings integration took a few minutes to side up, but ever since then it’s worked flawlessly.

> 3 dayThe first plug I received didn’t work at all and came with zero instructions. The replacement works, but when I follow the instructions it won’t pair with the merros app, but will work with apple home for about 30 minutes. After that it’ll say “No response”. The plug is literally in my kitchen not more than 20’ from the WiFi and I have very good wifi. My phone is a iPhone 13 Pro Max and it’s updated. This plug is a total waste of time and money. I’m in my 20’s, technologically advanced, and I’ve spent hours trying to figure it out. It’s very frustrating and I’m gonna go back to my old fashion timer that plugs into the wall.

> 3 dayI use these to control my outdoor landscape lighting. My previous manual control had to be adjusted several times a year for the changing day lengths. Now I program for dusk to dawn and the Meross timer automatically adjusts day length through the seasons. I use the second outlet for my Christmas lights during the Christmas season. The two outlets can be programmed independently.

> 3 dayThe quality is as pictured - its really good. However, setup was not fun. Put it this way: I bought an amazon smart plug. I plugged it in, Alexa discovered it automatically, and I was in business. This plug requires you to install a third party app, create an account, set up your plug, and link a skill with Alexa. For me, the linking process kept erroring out on me, to the point I got frustrated, removed the third party app, and decided to return the plug. However, the next day, I reinstalled the app and power cycled my echo, and everything just worked. So...Im keeping it. Youll see THREE smart plugs in your Alexa app. One for the main device, and one for each plug (there are two). You can manipulate any of them with your Alexa/Echo. Now that its installed, Im happy with what I got - Alexa voice control for outdoor patio string lights. But it was a big pain to get it working.

> 3 dayAll of our Meross controllers have always worked flawlessly. This on is no exception. I cant wait to review our Meross remote garage door opener.

> 3 dayWorks perfectly to turn on my outdoor lights using Alexa. Two plugs to help divide the load for longer lights strings lengths.

> 3 dayWorked great with Alexa positioned about 75 feet away through a wall. Easily integrated with Alexa, and the Meross app. Can control via phone when away from house just like other smart devices.

> 3 dayThe product works just as advertised. However getting it hooked up and integrated with Alexa is a whole different story. The little 3.5 x 6 piece of paper they provide is nowhere near complete. I was able to get it integrated with Alexa only after a long conversation with someone who has hooked up seven of them. What they need is a video on you tube or whatever that gives you step by step instructions for use with the specific device being used with the app( in my case iPad). I would not recommend this item to any non techie, as Meross has absolutely no support system whatsoever
