Greater than one weekI have the (5) Feit Electric String lights in my yard and I have them connected to an outlet via the Treatlife smart dimmer until now. However, the smart dimmer plug a low voltage issue where the lights randomly flash when they are turned off annoying the neighbors at night. Also, it was connected to HomeKit via homebridge. Then came this little piece of genius which solved all my issues and has a very wide dimming range as a bonus, if you are into HomeKit and looking for a plug in dimmer, this is it!

> 3 day3rd meross device in my house. Works good and does its job well. Very easy to install. Integration with Google home is perfect - no issues with controlling the plug from Google home application or using Google assistant voice commands.

> 3 dayI got this for outdoor Christmas lights. I used it for the season and thought that it was pretty good. The app to control the lights could be better, but it does work well with Alexa. You have to choose, though. Or at least I did. I programmed it with the app, but when I set it up to work with Alexa, it no longer worked with the app. It seems that I should be able to set it up so that I could use whatever is the most convenient for me at the time. This is the only smart plug that I have, so maybe they just havent gotten around to programming things better yet. Either way, it works; does the job that I wanted it to. I would buy this again.

> 3 dayThe product works just as advertised. However getting it hooked up and integrated with Alexa is a whole different story. The little 3.5 x 6 piece of paper they provide is nowhere near complete. I was able to get it integrated with Alexa only after a long conversation with someone who has hooked up seven of them. What they need is a video on you tube or whatever that gives you step by step instructions for use with the specific device being used with the app( in my case iPad). I would not recommend this item to any non techie, as Meross has absolutely no support system whatsoever

Greater than one weekI was getting tired of resetting the outdoor timer for our porch lights to match shifting daylight hours especially fall and spring, not to mention every power outage (frequent for us in winter). I’ve had great success with Meross smart plugs in the past and it had good reviews on tech sites. Unfortunately you can’t really trust Amazon reviews. What can I say? I plugged it in to an easy-access indoor outlet and lamp, scanned the code with my iPhone, labeled it, and it connected to HomeKit. Moved it to the porch lights, created automation to turn on at sunset and turn off later. Now if my kids are out late, I can just override the turn off and leave the lights on until their iPhone is home. I also randomly change smart lights when we travel (we have an AppleTV and a few HomePod minis, any of which give us secure access away from home). Easy to link, easy to use, rugged… I plan to get another next Black Friday week for Christmas lights! Meross is by far the most reliable and easiest brand of smart plugs…and I don’t do a thing after power outages or time changes. Worth every penny!

> 3 dayThis is my second meross product after their smart plugs. I plugged it in, pressed the + sign on the app, chose smart outdoor plug and Next and it was installed. it automatically integrated into my Alexa Meross devices. The whole process was painless. Each outlet can be individually addressed or both together. I moved it outside, plugged in my outdoor lighting and immediate connection to my network and the socet powered on and off perfectly. Now, will it last over time? Dont know, but for starters it is a 5 star device but 4 because it is not the least expensive out there.
