> 3 dayThis is my third Surface computer. Im convinced that they are the best. I love the size and sleekness of the unit, but mostly love the ease of use and especially the touchscreen. Ive become so used to it that I find myself reaching for the screen of my husbands desktop to scroll! The only reason I ordered a new one is that Microsoft will no longer support Windows 8 after January 2023 (tells you how long I had the previous version!).

> 3 dayBeware of the Magnetic connection power cord connection. It failed within a couple of months. Customer service was very slow to resolve my problem, I had to purchase a cord to use for the 3 months of waiting for their replacement. Incidentally the purchased power cord magnetic connections also failed. Now, several months later, my computer just went out of the one year warranty by 11days and it is on the way to my company IT people because it appears the touchscreen has failed. My first and last Microsoft laptop purchase.

> 3 daySo far this Microsoft Surface laptop 3 has been a workhorse of a machine. The build quality is nice and it is a minimalist, yet elegant design. Battery life has been pretty good but I’m not quite sure I’m getting the 11.5 hrs or so. It might be closer to 6-7 with light productivity use for school/work. Overall, I’m satisfied and the seller appears very reputable by selling actual new products (emonkey).

> 3 dayThis laptop is amazing. Lots of power in a very small form. I got the i7, 13.5, 16gb ram with the 256gb drive. Bootup is very fast due to the use of the SSD drive. These drives do not have any moving parts and are essentially just a large high speed stick of memory which allows them to really speed up any PC. This laptop will handle just about anything you can throw at it. Nice and light and feels good to the touch. Cant get over how thin it is. If you need a small form factor laptop that has a lot of power than this is the laptop for you.

> 3 dayI loved this laptop! I had been using a 15in for about 4 years and was fed up with heavy clunky laptops. This laptop is so thin and light it baffles me. Its super convient to take around everywhere. I got the i7 version and it runs fantastic. I know apple products have been slim and light for a while but theyre vastly over priced. This laptop is great and Ide recommened it to anyone looking for a thin and light laptop. The battery life is also great although I run heavier programs than the average person so Im always charging it before I go off to school but it still has a better battery than my old laptop. I havnt done gaming on here but Ive hear it runs a hardy okay.

> 3 dayGets 2 to 3 hours of battery life and is already hanging up when switching apps (specifically MW teams and PowerPoint) after a month old. Cannot play civilization 6 without getting so hot you can’t hold the laptop for long. Ridiculous charger configuration that falls out easily.
