I have the Surface laptop 2 and when I found out they fixed all my issues I had with it in the 3... I was hyped..

I bought the matte black 13.5 inch, i5 with 256gb of storage, 8gb of RAM from Best Buy. $200 off on a sale for a new laptop was pretty attractive.

Perfect size and weight for someone who often travels. Powerful enough for light coding and office applications.

Great, fast ,touch screen

Laptop returned, it did not work properly. It kept turning on and off. I reordered another one.

The Laptop looks fantastic and the speed is phenomenal on the 16GB RAM. The screen clarity is perfect, and weight is light enough to put into any bag without you noticing too much.

Nicely powered and sleek laptop, with a good keyboard. Unfortunately, I just cant love this machine because of the non-stop fan noise.

My new Surface stopped being reliable this month, after purchasing it in January. Not everything opens with either the touch screen or the mouse. Cleary Ill have to call on the warranty people. Disappointing...

I probably would not buy this again, for a few different reasons.

Do not buy refurbished/ used laptops from Amazon. Often times they are stolen and when you need software upgraded or fixed the manufacturer will not touch the computer when they figure out its stolen. Amazon will not refund or replace the computer with one that is not stolen. So you are stuck with stolen goods that can not be repaired through the manufacturer.
