Took 2 of these to Disneyland. Glad they were allowed. Kept water cold for a few hours. Storage space for snacks. I just wish the water flowed faster. So easy to use my 1 year old figured it out.

This bag is perfect for small and medium length hikes. I took it on a 10 mile hike and had room from lunch and snack as well as some small items and a change of socks. I refilled the bladder halfway at a water refill station. I had the perfect amount of water both going up and coming back down. Unless you pack super light, I would get a bigger one for overnight hiking. It’s very lightweight and comfortable.
