The tube is hard to screw into the bladder. Not meant for women! lol

The bag itself is nice, and the insulation does keep the water in the bladder cool. However, the bite valve was leaky to start. When you go to drink from the valve, you get mostly air because of the leak. The water doesnt spill from the hose or the bladder at all, but does slowly drip water from the base of the bite valve. The bag is nice but I cant use it all because of the bad bite valve, and I dont think the bag alone (minus the water system) + the cost of a replacement bite valve is worth it.

Used only as a backpack.. great so far....have not used the hydration pack yet

I was satisfied with the product until the bladder started leaking after the fourth use, drenching my back and the clothes I was wearing. Good thing it was on a hot day. Currently attempting to contact the seller and request a replacement bladder.

Took this to burning man. The backpack was fine but the waterpack was one of the better Ive purchased. Especially for the price. It didnt taste overly plasticky even after a day of the water sitting in the pack.

Great product, just what I expected, enough space for small items for hiking and biking, water system works fine and keeps water cool for longer than expected.

The backpack is great! The bite valve on the bladder is terrible. It is very difficult to get good flow. I am replacing with a Camelbak bladder.

I really really love this backpack. Usually backpacks hurt my back & neck, but this fits so good & I experienced no pain! Only complaint is it didnt keep water too cold, but it’s also 95 degrees right now with this summer heat. Would 100% recommend

Well designed, no strange taste to water when rinsed out before hand with hot water. Could be better insulated, only has reflective insides for the bladder. The top clip has a built in whistle but dont expect it to work very well / at all.

The backpack and bladder work perfectly. keeps water cold with ice for 7 hours or more. the wide mouth is great for cleaning the bladder.
