Pro-Kept my water very cool inside the bag, the tube itself got the water warm even with it covered. Loved the brush that came with, helped to wash it when I first got it to get the new smell/taste out. Love the storage. It can store a lot and still be light/compact. Plus the color was fun! Con-The cap didnt want to stay covered, and I was out on a mountain and took a few falls, so it got muddy. The bag itself wasnt that water proof. I had my passport inside the zipped compartment inside the zipped big pocket and it got wet. It was raining though. Being a bigger chested lady, I could not use the top clasp around my bust, but was able to use the one around my waist.

Worked well for a recent hiking trip in Zions National Park. Holds plenty of water and there is plenty of room to carry cell phone , snacks and other misc. items.

Used this for a trip to Big Bend Nat Park, TX USA. Was able to easily pack sunscreen, bugspray, snacks, small first aid kit, flashlights, etc in the backpack along with the 3L water bag. I would recommend really washing it out before use, if not it will taste slightly plasticy. I did not experience any leaking, per the instructions I did test the water bag prior to the trip to make sure it did not leak. The cross buckle straps were nice but if you have a larger chest the top strap will lay across that area. You can sort of see that in the second picture. My husband is really broad shouldered, this pack did not work for him - it looked like a child sized back pack so we ended up returning his. Overall great bag for me!

Bought this bag for my hiking trips. The night before I’ll fill up the water bag and stick it in the fridge and the next morning I’ll put it in the bag. The water stays cools throughout my hike. I love that the straps are adjustable, I can adjust the bag to my comfort. All the pockets are awesome as well, I can keep everything organized. Been on five hikes so far with this and have had no problems.

Got this for my son who really flipped with this. He is a cycler in Florida and this hydration pack is just the answer to the high humidity and heat we have especially in summer. There are pouches to put small tools in if he has to make repairs on his bike. He can put other things in the pouches also.

Great product, except the water bladder started leaking on the 3rd use and now it doesnt do its main function

The pack is awesome, insulated, lots of pockets, comfortable, highly adjustable. But the water bladder is just ok. Compared to my girlfriends camel back the difference is pretty huge. Mainly, if the hose is not screwed into the bag the water will spray out the hose part, I got wet filling it for the first time. And its cumbersome to screw and unscrew the hose. The nicer bags have a snap fit hose for quick removal and cleaning. And finally compared to her camel back when I draw water from the hose I get a ton of air bubbles. When I draw from her camel back its a smooth flow of water. This may sound picky but its kind of annoying and not satisfying.

Ive used this backpack for snowboarding, trail running, and day hiking. The volume is not a lot so its perfect for above activities. The most amazing thing is that its durable. Giving this low price, I definitely recommend it!
