They got an amazing product however their customer service was really bad. I ordered two Miracol backpacks and I was expecting consistency however one of the bags didnt have the isolated water pipe as the other one. I reached to customer service and they just told me I got one old generation product and a new one that got the isolated water pipe. They didnt offer any further assistance at all. I didnt want a return I simply wanted an isolated pipe to match with the other one. They finally gave me a coupon for a matching isolated pipe. I appreciate the help. Thanks

This is a great bag, especially for the price. LOVE that it already comes with a water bladder and an insulated pocket and hose to keep it cool, and it works! I took this running for 2hrs this weekend, and then kayaking the next day for 2hrs. The bag kept the water cool for both trips. Minimal bounce. I will recommend not adding ice though- that will jingle around in the bladder. The hip pockets are awesome as well- I was able to easily fit my iPhone 8 in the one side, and I kept energy gels in the other. This is pretty much the biggest hydration backpack you can get, any bigger and youre going into actually backpack/survival style bags. I bought this for the intentions of starting to run into work. I needed a bag that wouldnt bounce and be able to fit a towel and office clothes so that I could shower and change at work. Its a snug fit, but you can fit everything (towel, shirt, pants, underwear/socks, soap, water bottle) in here if you tightly roll everything! :) Happy to also report that its very comfortable- I was able to run 8mi through wooded trail hills with it and not have any chafing or uncomfortable rubbing. About 2mi of that was without a shirt and it felt great. My only issue with it is that the straps arent elastic like the higher-end brands, I.E. Nathans, Camelback. But those are $100 and more for something like this. With elastic straps you can have the bag snug to your body but still have some give when you breathe hard or bend over, and then the bag wont bounce at all. Since these straps arent elastic, youll have to wear it tight so that it doesnt bounce, but have a little slack in it or it will dig into you. All-in-all I highly recommend this as a bladder backpack. If youre serious about running, maybe down the road get a more expensive brand.

I bought this for a music festival to stay hydrated. It worked out really well! No problems with putting water in and drinking from it, Ill definitely be using this for any other festivals I might go to or any hikes I go on

I love the backpack. It is very comfortable. Unfortunately, I can not get the water to flow through the hose without sucking in a ton of air that tastes like plastic. Ive tried it twice, and on my six mile walk this morning, I was able to suck out maybe an ounce of water total. I bite gently, I pull the tab, but there is air coming in from somewhere. The connections are tight too. Im going on a LONG hike and need water, so I hope to get this issue resolved soon. Update...Amazon customer service was able to offer me a credit for the bad bladder hose. I purchased a new bladder and hose and I am now a satisfied customer.

This unit is made well. I was quite pleased with all the accommodations it includes, especially the insulation that does keep the water cool. I had an inexpensive one without the insulation and my back would get cold from all the ice I put in the bladder to keep the water cold, not with this one. You will feel a comfortable cool after a hour or more but its nice. I like the extra pockets for my GPS and phone. Room for some trail mix, small first aid kit, and some safety gear. Item was reasonably priced and comfortable to carry. I have neck injuries and the better straps disperse the weight over a little broader area. This said its heavier at first fully loaded the straps help substantially and as the hike goes on the weight gets less and the comfort lasts. Lastly I like the reflective strips they add a layer of visibility just in case! This is a great buy for the price!

As a petite adult, Ive always found hiking packs too long and uncomfortable. This is the perfect pack for day hikes...plenty of room for everything you need (as well as the H20!) Bonus: It came in my favorite color - orange :)

Looks cool and bag works well and holds a lot but the actual water hose and seal is very complicated to use and broke after first use.

This is a very nice hydration pack. It has pockets and compartments to hold your cell phone, keys, bank card and money which makes it even better. Theres even a hole for headphone or earbud wires.
