The product was better than i had expected, so I ended up buying another one for EDC Las Vegas! pros -water didnt taste like plastic after it was wash -water bladder and backpack itself feels durable -backpack was nice. i think theres enough extra storage. cons -because im taking the bag to EDC, i had my bf jump around with the pack and then the sucking tube came off, but i think it was because i didnt connect the tube tightly onto the bladder itself. i read a review and it said PUSH AND TWIST. i did this, and tested the backpack again and it was fine. hopefully this issue doesnt happen again while im at EDC. -hard to clean sucking tube. -hard to get all the water out of bladder after cleaning it, so even after several attempts of trying to empty it, there was still some water. Will do another review after my trip if i remember

Looks awkward on adults due to the size and positioning. The waist straps dont properly sit on the waist on anyone above ~5 feet.

The backpack is so light, and the water stays cool, love this so much! I use it when I go running and hiking!

I use this mostly for long runs (over 10 miles) and for triathlon training. It’s easy to run with, but the sloshing noise is super annoying (all of the packs do it...minor thing). Easy and convenient storage for gels, keys, phone, etc. Works well on the bike, though your back will get hot. Solid product.

I bought this for our family trip to Disney and it was PERFECT! I am short and thick and had no problem carrying it all day. We filled it with water, ice packs, frozen grapes, and any other cold stuff we took. Cooling towels, ponchos, power banks, and other extras went in the other compartment. It was the perfect size, not heavy at all, and kept my back cool. It was so nice to have water at our convenience and even when waiting in the lines for rides. It was really helpful on 3 full really hot days in August!

The beloved and I took one of these on several 3-4 hour long hikes in St. Johns. Perfect size for this length of hike. Would not have made it without the H2O. Great fit and comfort and NO LEAKS. Great storage space for keys and some calories. Not sure what more you can ask for at this price point. Would buy these again in a heartbeat.

I’m glad I went with a pack that had an extra compartment. I used this for hiking and it was nice to have a place for snacks and some other supplies. There is plenty of strap to adjust to your size and liking. I started out with everything clipped, but as the hike went on i unclipped the straps and it was comfortable that way too. The side pocket for the phone was a little too tight to get my phone in and out of with any kind of ease. I have an iPhone 8+ with a tech 21 case. It fit, but I thought I might be able to quickly take it out to take a picture or something, but you really have to wedge it in there. Definitely not a deal breaker for me. I’m very happy with the pack
