> 3 dayFor months I was accusing my ISP that their router was busted. It never occured to me that something as simple as a switch could fail in a non-obvious way. Turns out it can. All lights are on, but no traffic gets through. Then, a few hours later, it works again. A few days later it doesnt. And so on.

Greater than one weekWe have used the NETGEAR 16 port switch before and it has been very reliable, easy to use/configure, and transparent.

> 3 dayI recently bought both the GS305 and GS308 to up latency performance in my home network (half-duplex WiFi to full-duplex wired). Both work as expected and performance is better now.

> 3 dayI gave WiFi signal and Tech support 5 stars even though thats not even involved. Value for the money. Yeah...5 stars. Its just a simple little switch thats well built and dependable. Plug in your stuff and go.

Greater than one weekNeeds to be power cycled often. Otherwise, my TiVO Mini won’t work. After a reset it runs ok for a day or two or even a week or two and then it becomes chunky as all get up until I reset the switch. Worst switch I have ever owned. It never occurred to me that a switch could be so unreliable. Absolute garbage.

> 3 dayI didnt use the switch for about 2 months after purchase (return window passed), however it requires almost constant reboots. Warranty isnt providing a free replacement.

> 3 dayLike everything from Netgear, it works great. Certainly not the best of breed, but works well and cant be faulted.
