Followed the instruction, plugged in the power and Ethernet lines and everything works. No issues 3 weeks in.

Good build quality and a great performer. Sends 940 mbps to each and every connection at the same time without any trouble. Note. 940 mbps is the max my isp provides.

Simple unmanaged switch which works well. I went from 5 ports TP link to 8 ports Neatgear. While both works well, Netgear has brighter activities lights - maybe good or bad depending on your need, but my basement is bumping with blinking lights like a nightclub.

Love netgear, was fair price and they route video better than the other names I have used.

Wanted to add additional ethernet ports to my EERO pro system this it so much easier.

I moved into a house that is pre-wired with ethernet cable. I have 16 Cat 5e cable feeds to various rooms. I will not likely use them all but I needed minimum 8 ports to connect devices I use. This product was very easy to setup up. I connected its Port 1 to my existing Router then connected all my ethernet feeds in various rooms to my devices (Smart TVs, Satellite Receivers, Network Capable Stereo Receiver, and even another router to create an additional wifi point on the floor my main router is not on. All devices were immediately online and connected. It was that easy, nothing else to do!
