> 3 dayI purchased this product in December of 2020. It stopped working August 2021. I contacted Netgear support via their web page to open a support case. After creating the support case, it stated that I had to call Netgear support within 24 hours or the case would be closed. What is the purpose of submitting online if you still have to call. So I called. After waiting on hold for awhile, I was connected to a support person I could barely understand. He stated I needed to be connected to a different area for network switches. He said he needed to create a new case number for the problem and then transferred me. After a short wait, I was connected to another tech who I could not understand. I spent most of the time asking him to repeat what he said. After awhile of him repeating himself, I was told I needed to wait for approval and that was closing the new case and going back to the original. Why open the new one in the first place. Again, after waiting for awhile, he said it was approved and something about RMA emailed to me. I checked my email and found it contained what I needed to return the defective product. I said thank you and hung up.

> 3 dayAs soon as I connected the device to a power source, a spark went off and smoke came out of the ventilation holes. Dead on arrival, returned it to buy a higher quality one. Customer support was good but the device is not reliable at all.
