Excellent lens to take crisp and clear images with blure background especially in low light...the lense angle is also excellent and works well in capturing group portrait of 3-4 persons in a room

Everything needed to be said is already here. Im just adding my confirmation. Great fast lens. Perhaps not the sharpest lens ever, but you will notice the difference in sharpness if youre using the kit lens or similar with your Nikon DSLR. Focus is lightning quick under normal daytime conditions. Manual focus is sturdy and maybe a bit too quick, but its fine. The override manual focus is useful. I love it.
