> 3 dayWhat I mean by that is that Im not nor will I proclaim to be, some professional in the field of gaming displays. I have however been playing on an old school vizio 1080p 60hz tv for 9 years. I bought this because I received advice from friends that I desperately needed a display upgrade and that they recommended a monitor with a high refresh rate preferably 120hz and a low response time. So I found this and it came today. Right off the bat the packaging was fantastic, there wasnt a trillion little pieces that were a pain in the ass to install, the stand to my knowledge feels like pure metal and is extremely sturdy and the best part??? It CAME with a 165hz ready displayport cable! I hooked this sucker up and immediately noticed the difference, I mean seriously no doubt I could literally tell the difference in overall quality and gameplay instantaneously. Very seldom has an item taken my breath away over the sheer quality but this very much so did. Now dont misunderstand me, if you have more money OBVIOUSLY theres better products with better image quality but for 179.99 I truly believe I got away with theft. I am so beyond pleased at this product. I reckon my only complaint would be the speakers but who in the blue hell even uses though for pc gaming..lol I definitely without a shadow of doubt recommend this to anyone looking to amp up their pc gaming experience. Its just so good... P.S the friggin screwdriver that comes with it is a bossssssss

> 3 dayLet me preface this review by saying I am not by any means an e sports gamer nor a hardcore PC fan. Up until last year I gamed on laptops. Gaming is a hobby for me, not a source of income, so my needs may be less than that of a professional streamer. When I first got my gaming PC set up and ready I was so happy with it and loved the improvement from my laptop. I was originally using a 32 inch monitor from Best Buy and I loved it and didnt notice much issue at first. However, as I started playing more and different games I noticed a significant increase in screen tearing, glitching, slow load times, and issues with screen resolution for certain games. I realized after some research that I had bought a freesync monitor not a gsync monitor. Prior to that I had no clue what either of those things really meant. I didnt think it could possibly make much difference what monitor I used, and I thought bigger = better for screen size. I was so, so wrong. After doing some searching I chose this monitor for the value. Once I got it hooked up the difference was apparent *immediately*, even just with simple things like the smoothness of movement for the mouse icon. With games the graphics were immediately clearer, load times were cut to only a few seconds, the screen tearing and stuttering was completely gone, my fps could stay steadier at higher rates, and I no longer had issues with funky text sizes/clarity due to the resolution. This monitor completely changed my pc gaming experience and I couldnt be happier!

> 3 dayI’m no expert on monitors but the grandkids love playing Roblox and the picture quality, sound, and height adjustability makes them happy so grandma is happy too :-) I mainly use it for home office. Very pleased!

> 3 dayWhen I first bought the monitor, and installed everything I had from connecting my iPad and Macbook Pro it was good.. It started to have somewhat of issues like green/purple screen, the limited Hz up to 60, but I’m using a macbook.. if I was to get a gaming setup, I could run it as indicated. So far no dead pixels, lightweight, and can attach to a single monitor arm but be careful on what to buy for it.

> 3 dayThis was my first 144hz monitor and I immediately noticed the difference from 60hz. However after only 3 months of use the monitor does not work. Initially I thought it may have been a problem with my video card drivers because the monitor was flashing RGB colors. I disabled my drivers and restarted my computer and it worked fine. However when I went to use it again I had a similar problem. My screen goes blank (color varies depending on the background upon the screen no longer displaying properly) and I am unable to use it. After some research I thought it might be just a problem with the Display Port. However, it did not even work with HDMI either. So now I cant even go into settings and tweak anything that may be necessary. Perhaps this is an issue on my part or maybe it is just a bad product. Either way Ill update if I happen to fix it. EDIT: It turned out the issue was my Graphics card and not the monitor. it gets the job done and I have no real expectations the only issue I have is the it can be hard to unplug and plug in the cables because of the positioning of the ports in the back

> 3 dayFour stars on the screen quality because there seems to be a dead pixel. But I rarely notice it an have not contacted the company about it.
