When I first bought the monitor, and installed everything I had from connecting my iPad and Macbook Pro it was good.. It started to have somewhat of issues like green/purple screen, the limited Hz up to 60, but I’m using a macbook.. if I was to get a gaming setup, I could run it as indicated. So far no dead pixels, lightweight, and can attach to a single monitor arm but be careful on what to buy for it.

I bought this monitor in July 2018 and still use it to this day. The screen itself is really nice to look at for general use and gaming. The Freesync also worked well with my RTX 2070 Super despite it not being fully compatible and the monitor does run displayport at 144hz and HDMI at 120hz. However there are some things about it that I just dont like from this monitor. 1. I cant turn off the screen unless it is not in use. When I use this monitor with displayport, I have to switch it to HDMI, wait for it to get a no signal, then press the power button in order to turn it off. 2. The displayport port is giving me artifacting and causing the screen to glitch out. I have tried a different computer, 2 different cables, and messing about with the monitor itself but it continues to do this while I use displayport. Now Im currently using HDMI and that isnt giving me any problems. The second issue I have is probably just a problem with my monitor, but its not so bad that I would not recommend this monitor. I do think its a good monitor. Its just that these two things are the most bothersome to me which is why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

I went from playing on a 52” tv to this bad boy and it’s night and day in clarity and speed.

it’s a great monitor. No issues with the monitor at all. Everything works well. Be careful pulling off the plastic tape around the edges. With shipping, it was the worst experience ever and a huge headache to deal with. Purchased during cyber monday and package with monitor was never received. With the help of many good amazon representatives, I was able to reorder the monitor and finally got it after a long time waiting. Definitely worth the wait. Perfect for an average gamer.

I’ve had the monitor for only a day now, but I love it. The picture quality is great, the display is buttery smooth, and set up was easy. I have 2 complaints, but I would still recommend this monitor at this price point (25% off, at $210). First complaint is brightness. It doesn’t get very bright, and it’s very noticeable with a second monitor next to it. This isn’t a huge deal for me, but it’s something worth considering. Second complaint is G-Sync. The description for this product says it’s “G-Sync Compatible”. This monitor does not have G-Sync. It has AMD’s Free Sync. If you have a 10 series or higher graphics card from Nvidia, there’s no problem. But if you have a 900 series or lower, you won’t be able to use G-Sync. I thought this was a bit of false advertising, as Free Sync isn’t mentioned anywhere. With that being said, I haven’t seen any screen tearing, so I can’t complain about performance. I am using a GTX 960 graphics card. If you have a 10 series or higher graphics card, I recommend this monitor 100%. If you don’t, look elsewhere before deciding on this one. This really isn’t a bad option at all though

What I mean by that is that Im not nor will I proclaim to be, some professional in the field of gaming displays. I have however been playing on an old school vizio 1080p 60hz tv for 9 years. I bought this because I received advice from friends that I desperately needed a display upgrade and that they recommended a monitor with a high refresh rate preferably 120hz and a low response time. So I found this and it came today. Right off the bat the packaging was fantastic, there wasnt a trillion little pieces that were a pain in the ass to install, the stand to my knowledge feels like pure metal and is extremely sturdy and the best part??? It CAME with a 165hz ready displayport cable! I hooked this sucker up and immediately noticed the difference, I mean seriously no doubt I could literally tell the difference in overall quality and gameplay instantaneously. Very seldom has an item taken my breath away over the sheer quality but this very much so did. Now dont misunderstand me, if you have more money OBVIOUSLY theres better products with better image quality but for 179.99 I truly believe I got away with theft. I am so beyond pleased at this product. I reckon my only complaint would be the speakers but who in the blue hell even uses though for pc gaming..lol I definitely without a shadow of doubt recommend this to anyone looking to amp up their pc gaming experience. Its just so good... P.S the friggin screwdriver that comes with it is a bossssssss

Gorgeous. Must use a DisplayPort to get the most out of this monitor. The only downside is the speakers. If you intended on using them, don’t. They’re silent and garbage.

It’s a great monitor don’t get me wrong but it will not run 166hz it will go for a second then the screen will turn on and off repetitively. It runs great at 114hz
