NOW Supplements, Quercetin with Bromelain, Balanced Immune System*, 120 Veg Capsules

Been taking this supplement for several years. Results arent measurable, but they certainly appear to have done me no harm.

I took this as an immune booster. The bromeliad also helps clear mucus. I’ve been taking it for over 2 years and haven’t gotten sick once.

I’ve used this product along with Co-Q10 and some other supplements as an anti aging regimen. Also I was dating a much younger woman, so I wanted to maximize performance ;). However, I recently had a first-ever hives outbreak. Dr. prescribed steroids, zero impact. Read online studies showing Quercitin at higher doses combined with antihistames helped accelerate elimination of hives. So far, seems like on the mend, we will see. NOW brand is a great value, and was first supplement company to be certified by UL as authentic. Note most other supplements come from China, from uncertified brands, so do we really have any idea that we’re getting what we’re paying for?

Getting removal in a week going to take it a week before precedure and update y’all with results and if it helps with seasonal allergies! Package and product were in great condition and arrived on time.

I was not paid or incentivized to write this review in any way. Im just a regular person who had a LOT of stuff going on that I didnt know abut. To be honest, I bought this because I read that in conjunction with resveratrol, weight loss would happen - or at least, the prevention of weight gain would happen. My metabolism had been at an all time low, my digestion was terrible, I had acid reflux almost every day. I was kind of worried, but brushed it off as just a minor condition I could cure with slippery elm. My stomach kind of looked like I was a few months pregnant, my energy levels were low to say the least, and my mood was down. Now, I was taking other supplements for energy and mood and they were definitely working - but this supplement gave me a fast, dramatic result - one that Id never experienced or anticipated. I woke up the day after taking it, and for the first time in YEARS- I could suck my stomach in all the way (this is the week before my period, mind you). I cant say actual weight loss has happened - but there is NO bloating EVER, my digestion is great, I feel an energy boost and a general lovely sense of well being thanks to this. I think what I got was better than what I was looking for.

Good product

I am very thankful that this has helped my wife. She has suffered from random unexplained allergic reactions not really linked to anything. Her lips and sometimes eyes would randomly swell up, and she would randomly get itchy. We think it is hives but the kind under the skin you cant see. We have no idea why this comes and goes for her, but the Quercetin/Bromelain blend is a life saver. She was having to use benedyrl liquid on a daily base with her flair ups, benedyrl works fantastic but it made her foggy and sleepy which she didnt like. We initially got a very pricey bottle of a different brand at whole foods since we needed it asap, but the Now Foods brand is a trusted US brand and has the most potent quantify for the price. So we will be buying these from now on. She cant swallow pills but these capsules open and you can mix with apple sauce or take it like you would a headache powder. After the first day or two of taking this dramatically took off the edge of her reactions, and after a solid week of taking these she didnt have any flair ups. She hasnt had any swollen lips for weeks now, must be working.

This review is not against the product itself but rather the hinged cap. I find it very annoying to try to keep this hinged cap open when I am taking twice a day supplements. Because of this, I will order a different brand.
