NOW Supplements, Quercetin with Bromelain, Balanced Immune System*, 120 Veg Capsules

I love Quercetin but the Bromelain has wreaked havoc on my stomach extremely bad. I have been using another brand of Quercetin w/o Bromelain and had no issues. I do have ulcers and erosion on my small intestines so, the Bromelain is not for me.

I have chronic sinusitis issues and have nearly a constant clog in one nostril. I have tried about everything to help with the issue, including sprays, over the counter meds, and prescription meds. I use a Neti-pot on a regular basis as well to get relief. My doctor suggested that I also take a daily Querecetin tablet to help with the constant inflammation my sinuses have. This by no means is a panacea for my issues. The tablets do help some though and they are part of a regimen that included the oral irrigation that I do on a regular basis to help. I did notice a difference though when I ran out of these and had to wait a couple weeks to get sent to me. So, these tablets do give some limited relief and help with inflammation slightly. I do think these are a also a little pricy per bottle. 3 stars

Bought this for my mother that seems to have reoccurring cystitis and bladder infections. Within 2 days. her symptoms improved. Whenever she feels a flair up, she takes 2-4 a day. My doctor said it is a good anti-inflamatory. I take for asthma and it seems to lessen flare ups. Do your research first.

I have problems with high blood pressure, so it’s hard to find antihistamines for that. I read the reviews on Now Quercetin With Bromelain so I decided to try it. I felt relief with one dose and now that I’ve been taking it for about five days, no more pain nor side effects for me. I’m allergic to cedar and I’m surrounded by it. My face hasn’t hurt nor has my right eyeball felt too big for the socket. I’ll never be without this for seasonal allergies. I am eighty-two years old with heart problems so this works for me. Last November, I went on a 2 week vacation to Tahiti and the Society Islands. Prior to vacation, I had planned on using the vacation to quit vaping ... I figured two weeks of distractions would help me get off the vapes easier, than quitting while I was home. It worked like a charm but while on vacation, I got a productive cough that was pretty persistent. It wasnt that I was sick or anything... I was just easily coughing up lung stuff and it sounded as though I was contagious with something. I got a nasty cold when I got home from vacation and the cough had not had a chance of going away. Not too long after I got over the cold, I got a mile case of the flu and still the cough had not had a chance of getting any better. Fast forward to March I still have the cough. It was most prevalent in the mornings after I get up, and while Im at the gym (I think theres something in the air at the gym that sets it off). Plus, I have allergies and we were getting into allergy season so I chalked it up to that too, but I was taking allergy meds daily and still having the issue. I dont remember where I read it on the Internet, but apparently I figured my cough might due to some sort of inflammation I was experiencing. Then, I connected inflammation with Bromelain and then Quercetin and BANG, I was looking on Amazon for a supplement to help with this condition (I like to give supplements shot before taking OTC meds for too long). Anyway, I ordered this supplement and have been taking it twice a day for about a week, and my cough is all but gone. Yes its still there ... but nothing like it was before, Im happy because its having a positive effect, and now I dont sound like Im giving everyone at the gym a cold. IM DEFINITELY GOING TO MENTION THIS TO MY DOCTOR... to see if theres something more to this; something more serious going on other than a simple irritation. But at least the cough is a lot better than before. OH!... and the stiffness in my hands is noticeably less than before I started taking this as well. DEFINITELY WORTH A SHOT.

I deal with a lot of sinus issues and once my allergies start kicking in full gear, itchy throat, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, nasal drip , you name it, even the headaches but that would come if I didn’t get the nasal drip under control. This stuff literally stops all of it when I take it. As soon as I’m sneezing or have runny nose I take a pill and it goes away within 30-40 min. To me that’s pretty fast relief. You may have to wait to take it a few time to notice so that it’s in your system. I take a pill and then later in the day I take another. I’m tall and slim so I try not to take too much of anything at once because usually what’s being instructed on the bottle is too much for me(Call it what you want). I’m not a vegetarian but I did the research and per a veterinarian,You can even give this to your dog in their food. I go by her weight so since she’s about 60lbs I give her a full pill in a day. You can open it up and sprinkle some in their food and mix. I feed two separate servings a day to my dog so I give half the powder in the pill and then later give her the rest of it and mix with a little water in the food to help dissolve but that’s optional. It has helped my dog as well. She gets bad seasonal allergies and itchy/ scabby skin. I truly believe this has helped her this year. She has not had itchy itchy skin as bad and no scabs detected so far. Like I said, I love this stuff. Since I purchased it I have NOT had to take a single allergy pill , maybe just my steroid inhaler but no pills. This is the only one I turn to now. No sinus infections so far since the spring has hit. I’m not a Dr and not a vet but if you asked me, I’d say give it a try. I’m definitely buying more of this when I’m done with the bottle.

We love this product and have not been sick at all for 2 years while taking these. I recommend them highly.

I suffer from a lot of pain and chronic fatigue. How do you sunburn on every prescription of the sun and it took years to get off of all man-made prescription drugs. Thanks to this supplement I’m getting my life back l!! I have zero brain fog and work out more and my memory is coming. I’m able to actually get through my studies and live a productive life again
