Something in these cause my stomach to be very upset so I stopped taking them after just a couple doses. You may have better results than I did, unfortunately you wont know unless you try them.

Dealing with migraines for most of my life...I understand theyre inherited from my moms side but they flare with hormone changes & environmental allergies They were getting more frequent two months ago, my dr wanted to put me on a preventive, I take imitrex 100mg when pain starts. He suggested a beta blocker which scared me because I have good blood pressure so I ruled that out. Than he called in a daily antihistamine & reading the side effects I couldnt bring myself to talking that. So after some research to find a comparable natural antihistamine...I found this product & read the reviews on many sites I seem to get a migraine that starts with sinus irritation & my left eye hurts like crazy, scents burn & light is painful. Im prone to hives & just an overall inflamed feeling with certain personal products & food. I try to stick to a vegetarian diet to keep inflammation low I do have the occasional fresh fish. I started taking two of these in morning & two before bed three weeks ago...I noticed a marked difference by day 5...when awakening the gross heavy feeling in my face & brain were not as bad Ten days before my menstrual cycle I get a few doozy migraines & I only had one & it wasnt the usual feeling like wanting to put my head in a vice I still needed my imitrex that day but once I cross a certain pain threshold I need the drug so I can function at work I started telling my mom about this find shes 65 & suffers weekly with a migraine attack as well as my brother Im feeling very positive about the product & will continue to take them & post more reviews The only side effect has been at night while reading my eyes feel drier than usual But I can certainly up my water consumption to alter that

I regularly got sinus infections a few times a year requiring multiple prescriptions. As someone who tries to find alternatives to conventional medicine, I knew there had to be something to help with my sinus infections. Quercetin with bromelain it is! My sinus infections are gone and I haven’t had one for over 7 years now. I do live in an area where the weather can change quickly, and I do have a day here and there where the pressure change gets the better of me and I feel sinus pressure and get a headache. I take another quercetin and it helps. I take 2x a day every day of the year except for above situations where I take a third pill. As with any natural supplement, you must take on a regular basis and be patient when starting out. As most of us know, there is no magic pill, but this one comes close working with some the nutritional choices I make. This is THE brand I always purchase. Hope it helps you with your sinus issues!

I was buying this local for $45 a bottle to help my lungs. I was so grateful for the clinic that recommended these but I ran out and the clinic had a delayed shipping situation. I looked up online and Amazon sells these for a fraction of the price $15 a bottle, less on auto-ship. Plus other sellers/platforms also sell QUARCETIN at way less than $45. Kinda felt robbed by shopping locally but came to terms with that since they sort of saved my life by recommending quercetin so whatever. I just never went back. New to asthma, I didnt quite know what to do and never thought my breathing or lungs would ever recover. I strongly feel that this natural supplement improved my quality of life 100%. FOR ANYONE WITH RESPIRATORY ISSUES you can try this, it was a complete and positive game changer for me. I have IC and I have tried so many supplements for my symptoms. I started this recently with other supplements I take and … I think it’s helping like I haven’t had relief like this before. I hope it continues to help

This is one of those products I needed to find about 20 years ago, but finally found about a year ago! In the spring time, I have always had allergies plug up my sinuses, leaving me unable to breath well, unable to smell anything, and sounding like I have a perpetual cold. When taking this Quercetin w/Bromelain in addition to allergy Meds., I get far less inflammation of my sinuses (and adenoids?), allowing me to breath through my nose again. I imagined that this miracle supplement should be taken for help during the fall (mold allergies) allergy season, but that proved to worsen the sinus dryness and pain, reminding me that sinuses drain to keep your nose moist inside, and to flush out little foreign particles that shouldnt be there. If I force the sinuses open, things can get in that will only cause unwanted infection! The moral: Its great stuff for opening up your sinuses during the right times, but like anything else, can be misused if not considered wisely.
