NOW Supplements, Quercetin with Bromelain, Balanced Immune System*, 120 Veg Capsules

I got this during the pandemic, its suppose to help your lungs. Its hard to give a true review because I didnt take it for more than a month. I believe it works in combination with Vitamin D, Zinc and turmeric as a binding agent.

I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice. My husband has severe asthma and seasonal allergies and has always been in the ER every year since he was a teen, for his symptoms. He was on all the meds they automatically put people on for these symptoms, all the steroids, inhalers, and nebulizers etc. and they didn’t always work either. They barely kept him functioning. Eight years ago, my doctors were no help at all to me with some of my own issues, and I saw through what was happening and realized they were following protocol for big pharma, and didn’t really know where my symptoms were coming from, so I started studying for myself, researching, etc and eventually healed myself. So long story short, I applied this same philosophy to the rest of my family, starting with my husband, and I put him on this supplement bromelain & quercetin, with a double dose of organic C from actual fruit every day (not synthetic ascorbic acid from big pharma,) and one Zyrtec a day. This was eight years ago. In the last eight years, my husband has not been to the ER once, or a doctor, at all. He has not had any symptoms, save twice, when the oven got smoky from a spill, and he had to open the windows for a minute. That’s IT. I’ve come to find over the years, that the medical industry is one for profit only, so beware and be think for yourself. Almost every commercial you see is paid for by big pharma. Allopathic doctors are trained and schooled by text books and studies that are written and approved of, by big pharma. Taking supplements rarely if ever, hurts anyones. If a vitamin or supplement makes you uncomfortable, stop taking it lol. But don’t listen to the propaganda that tells you supplements and diet don’t work, because that is a marketing LIE to keep you sick and dependent on an industry that lies and profits off of sickness!!

Something in these cause my stomach to be very upset so I stopped taking them after just a couple doses. You may have better results than I did, unfortunately you wont know unless you try them.

Not medical advice, simply one womans experience. I think this warded off C19. Had been taking it since well before C19 hit in 2020, & when that hit, began taking this daily. Never got shot(s). Ran out of quercetin 10/22. Took just a month to get C19, after 3 years perfect health. Maybe a coincidence, sure. But Im not going without this stuff again. If you havent had C19, Im here to tell you you dont want it. Being able to breathe is good, & for us over 60 folks, it comes on fast & hard; one minute ok, the next is an O2 reading of 90. Not cool. $18 for this vs. $80 for Albuterol, hundreds on doc office, plus Serrapeptase & whatever else I need after a month off work. And even if it, in the end, actually does jack, theres the Bromelain, which helps after exercise. Look in stores if you cant afford Quercetin online. NOW brand is capsules, which is the soft pill, easy on the stomach. Good luck

I was not paid or incentivized to write this review in any way. Im just a regular person who had a LOT of stuff going on that I didnt know abut. To be honest, I bought this because I read that in conjunction with resveratrol, weight loss would happen - or at least, the prevention of weight gain would happen. My metabolism had been at an all time low, my digestion was terrible, I had acid reflux almost every day. I was kind of worried, but brushed it off as just a minor condition I could cure with slippery elm. My stomach kind of looked like I was a few months pregnant, my energy levels were low to say the least, and my mood was down. Now, I was taking other supplements for energy and mood and they were definitely working - but this supplement gave me a fast, dramatic result - one that Id never experienced or anticipated. I woke up the day after taking it, and for the first time in YEARS- I could suck my stomach in all the way (this is the week before my period, mind you). I cant say actual weight loss has happened - but there is NO bloating EVER, my digestion is great, I feel an energy boost and a general lovely sense of well being thanks to this. I think what I got was better than what I was looking for.

Made my husband’s allergies go away overnight! So much healthier than allergy medications and we don’t have take it as consistently

I have problems with high blood pressure, so it’s hard to find antihistamines for that. I read the reviews on Now Quercetin With Bromelain so I decided to try it. I felt relief with one dose and now that I’ve been taking it for about five days, no more pain nor side effects for me. I’m allergic to cedar and I’m surrounded by it. My face hasn’t hurt nor has my right eyeball felt too big for the socket. I’ll never be without this for seasonal allergies. I am eighty-two years old with heart problems so this works for me.
