NOW Supplements, Quercetin with Bromelain, Balanced Immune System*, 120 Veg Capsules

I have been an avid Amazon Shopper for several years now and have never once written a review. SO what is causing me to write one today? Because I have found the cure for my asthma using this product. I have suffered with allergy induced asthma and upper respiratory induced asthma for 15 years I have had five bouts of pneumonia and several bouts of bronchitis. As you can imagine my lungs are trashed. Ive used 12-hour inhalers and 24-hour inhalers and rescue inhalers. Ive used nose sprays and Ive done everything I possibly can including eating a super healthy diet filled and vitamjn supplements to try to combat this disease. At my wits end, I bought this item back in the beginning of November because I read of the anti-inflammatory effects of ithe ingredients. Fast forward 2 and 1/2 months later and I have not used an inhaler one time in the last 4 weeks. I still cannot believe it! This is a miracle for me! Hence the reason for this review. If you have asthma you need to use this product! it will save your lungs!

I have fibromyalgia, which means that my muscles and joints are very weak and often terribly sore. My knees are particularly troublesome-- after unusual physical exertion (ie. two four-hour retail shifts in a row, featuring walking, extended standing and light lifting) theyll start to give out whenever I put weight on them, leaving me unable to walk for weeks. I have actually changed my entire career over this. On the recommendation of the woman at our local Alternative Market, I now take these pills with some curcumin (thats the main anti-inflammatory in turmeric, but I could probably just have the spice instead if I could stand the taste). Within two days, I no longer felt pain. I could feel weakness in some of my joints, but for the first time in years, nothing hurt. Ive just finished my first bottle, and looking back, even the weakness is gone now. I walked ten miles with my fiancee last week, albeit punctuated by frequent sitting breaks. About 2/3 of the way through, I felt some mild pain flaring up in my knees, and in ten minutes of rest I was ready to get back up and keep going. Got home, went to bed, woke up, I could still walk just fine. Starting my second bottle now-- no more pain, and now the weakness is gone too. Its AMAZING the difference this makes! I havent tried it by itself, but man, if it doesnt seem to be doing enough by itself then try it with some curcumin or turmeric!

My body had so much inflammation that I was constantly in pain. I wanted something natural because NSADs was causing me many side effects. So I researched natural pain relievers and anti-inflammatorys and these 2 ingredients came up a lot. So I heard that NOW brand was a good brand so I bought them. I am so glad that I did! My pain has gone down so much that I barely notice and its only been a week that I have been on these. My joints use to hurt so much especially my hip joints that I could hardly walk at times without a cane. I also had a inflamed colon with a lot of mucus in my stools. Now my joint pain is hardly noticeable and I dont see any mucus in my stools. I dont know if other brands work as well but I do know that these do work. I have also noticed that my seasonal allergies has tamed down a lot. I am hoping that they will completely go away the longer I take these. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening for now and will probably go down to just 2 day when symptoms are completely gone. This is a real and honest review.

I hardly ever write reviews on amazon but seeing as how many of the reviews helped me figure out what dose I needed for allergies Im going to chronicle my experience. First off this supplement is amazing. Before I started my Quercetin regiment I was taking Allegra- D 180mg, I had very severe allergies. It worked OK , but after 3 months I started having really bad ED. Yes, erectile dysfunction. As a 23 year old theres no reason for me to have ED. I also had problems sleeping, feeling tired, and being angry all the time. This was when I started looking for something different, and did some research into Quercetin. After trial and error I figured the dose that works for me (I am 220lbs) was 2 capsules in the morning 7am and 2 capsules in the afternoon 12-3pm. I also take a 10mg singular every morning. After about 3 days of getting off Allegra and starting this I had amazing results. My allergy symptoms were completely gone and I regained my manhood. Additionally I feel refreshed, and my muscles feel a lot better in general. I have a job that requires me to be extremely active and after starting this supplement I feel like it takes a lot more work for me to feel sore. Overall Im glad I made the switch . This works better than any other allergy medication Ive tried, and trust me Ive tried everything.

Im 99.9% I have a histamine intolerance since I break in hives all the freaking time. Right now its allergy season in northern Virginia. I started NAC for its purported beneficial effects and for the first time, I broke out in the worst itchy hives all over my body! Like ALL OVER. They last weeks. It was awful. Then enters this supplement. I remembered my Lyme doctor had me taking this with a ton of other supplements. This totally relieved me of the hives! Folks on YouTube will say quercitin isnt very bioavailable and a waste of money but I am testament that it is doing something.

The capsules is easy to take. I have not had a cold since Ive been taking this product. I been taking it for about a year now. Please try it if you want to make your immune system stronger.

My wife takes everyday and so does our German Shepherd Shadow for allergies. It also helps my swelling in my legs, Lipedema and inflammation with MCAS Mast cell. Love this supplement! It helps so many issues! Will continue to buy over and over! I highly recommend it!

This supplement is really helpful with allergies and not having such shallow breathing- but I was taking the prescribed dosage on the package (twice, two times a day) and ended up having extremely bad anxiety. Upon first her research learned that 1000mg is the dosage you should have daily and one of these pills is 800mg so be careful.
