With a genetic predisposition for anxiety, I have always struggled with anxiety. However, after moving from the southern US, the anxiety I suffered became debilitating. I have type 1 diabetes and celiac disease, so my body does not absorb or produce vitamin D very well. I can spend all the time in the world outside, and still be deficient. My doctor recommended that I start taking 5000 IU of vitamin D3 every day, and this is the brand Ive used since day one. Its very cost effective and potent. I have seen a drastic increase in my levels.

After lots of research Im convinced this pill is a good daily dose for D. Many brands offer less IU per pill. These pills are small and easy to swallow. This helps with your immune system something we can all. us this year.

Take your vitamins in the morning and your minerals at night. Thats my golden rule which I learned from a now deceased (he was an older man) Naturopath I used to get my eye capillaries read as in Iridology. I like this NOW Vita D because its a potent form of vitamin D for a great price. This is one of the main supplements that I need to take because of my Hashimotos/Hypothyroidism and because its been said that Vita D deficiency is an epidemic because of our modern lifestyles. I have 4 go-to books that I trust for information that my Doctors do not always advise me on. (Im not getting paid to promote any of this content. I do my research and take what works for me.) Stop The Thyroid Madness, The Thyroid Patients Manual, Hypothyroidism And Hashimotos Thyroiditis, and Hashimotos Protocol. All four of these guides recommend Vita D supplementation if you have this double affliction. Do your own research, though. Im writing what has worked for me to keep me healthy.
