I am lactose intolerant and my doctor suspected I was deficient in Vitamin D, she was right. After taking 1 soft gel a day, my acne started clearing up. Definitely easy to swallow and great value for the price compared to some popular vitamin websites. High potency D-3 pills are hard to find at this price.

On my initial lab my vitamin D level was 7 . My rheumatologist told me he cannot remember ever seeing a vitamin D level that low and recommended I start taking Vitamin D supplements. When I went back for repeat Labs six weeks later my vitamin D level was 20 with just taking 1 5000 units Soft gel every night. He was shocked that they come up that much that quickly. Best of all the brain fog that had me so concerned has cleared up. Apparently brain fog is a side effect of low vitamin D. Evil softballs really dont really have any flavor, theyre easy to swallow, but most importantly they will raise your vitamin D level.

Oops, did not notice these were 5,000mg. I only take 2,000 a day, so will only take every other day. Interestingly, they are very similar in size as the lower dosage capsules. Good price.
