The good thing about this product is, its easy to swallow. It has 5K IU D3, and if you take 2 capsules a day for 5 days then youd be taking 50k IU in a week, which is sufficient if you are Vit D deficient. But dont take it for the long term. Consult with PCP

I am BIG fan of NOW products; they are high quality, fresh, and work as advertised. The price is always good, too. While individual results will vary, my doc recommended a Vit D supplement last year. Perhaps its the product, itself, or perhaps some placebo effect of simply taking the pill, but Ive never felt better and my Vit D deficiency (as reported via blood analysis) is no more. Best part? The pill is the size of an eraser on a pencil, even smaller. No odor. Great stuff!

Im A Ginger and cant go out in the sun without being fried like a tomato, SO....I am always vit. D. deficient. Something you dont want to be because it has some pretty crappy side effects, with that said, I will probably have to take Vit D supplements for life. These were a good price when I purchased them and unlike other supplements on here that charge about 4x the amount you can get them at the store, these were actually priced right. So far, they work as they should. NO complaints.

Easy to take

I was shopping for the best product I could find and I am happy to say I think I have found it. Excellent quality at a good price... Who could ask for more? The 5000 IU has been great for me. I had regular low vitamin D3 levels but my last one was great. My oncologist was very pleased and said I should Keep doing whatever I am doing! - What I have been doing is 5000 D3 per day. Definitely easy to swallow and great value for the price compared to some popular vitamin websites. High potency D-3 pills are hard to find at this price.
