Have been using these D3 supplements for a couple years now. My blood work from the Dr. verifies they work well. I went from being VERY deficient to optimal levels. Now i take 2 pills daily as maintenance. Youd be surprised what a vit D deficiency does to your system. Mental fog, lethary, confusion, depression, disorientation in the most severe cases. Pretty much anyone who doesnt work outside for a living should be supplementing with this. Vit D is also very fat soluble so anyone whos overweight should pretty much take 10k IU daily. Theres an excellent joe rogan podcast where they discuss the importance of D supplementation and how critical this is in modern life. I have been taken it as suggested since February (along with Vit K7 to facilitate absorption). My Vit D level was recently re-tested and remains low. In all fairness my physician also placed me on an RX of Vitamin D 50,000 1.25 mg x1 weekly for 6 weeks prior to that and it did not raise my levels either. I experienced no side effects at all, making sure to take it with a fat containing meal in the evening. Good packaging, pills did not stick together.

Oops, did not notice these were 5,000mg. I only take 2,000 a day, so will only take every other day. Interestingly, they are very similar in size as the lower dosage capsules. Good price.

THE PRODUCT IS FINE, I HAVE USED IT FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND I FIND IT TO BE VERY GOOD. THERE IS A PROBLEM IN GETTING IT. I ORDERED IT , THEY SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT, THEN THEY SENT ME ONLY ONE BOTTLE OF D-3 I HAD TO E MAIL THEM , THEN THEY SENT ONE MORE AND I HAD TO E MAIL THEM AGAIN AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY LAST BOTTLE. I HAVE AT THIS POINT AUGUST 3 2010 NOT HEARD ANYMORE FROM THE COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS FOR WEEKS NOW. SO THE PRODUCT ITSELF IS FINE, GOOD LUCK ON GETTING IT. IN ALL FAIRNESS THOUGH THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM.

Not all vitamins are equal. I know I received what I needed from this product, because when the Dr told me I was depleted of D I asked how I would know if I was taking a good vitamin D or not. He told me the only way was try one and then get a blood test. Not to assume this product was doing the job, I got a blood test after a period of time and and my level of D was back where It needed to be and has stayed there. Good product, good job.

Take with a good source of vitamin k2 in your diet or supplement routine in order to ensure good absorption.

Writing for someone who has acne and scars longest time...and tried every topical creams, peels, and dairy/sugar free diet...but not going away!! Try this thing...Its my 3rd week and my face never looked clearer. At first all the acne they were under skin would have been out weeks later...but came out fast as whiteheads and were gone. Now first time in my life I got no active acne. I also take vitamin A, zinc, burdock root, maca root capsules. But I think this vitamin D has most affect! I even stopped using too much topical creams...just stick to double cleanse at night and stick to moisturizer!!!

I trust NOW. Use a few of their products. Was on 50,000IU Prescription Vitamin D for my Auto Immune Disease. But I was tired of having to have my hair cut every 2-3 weeks and trim my nails every 3 days (literally). So tried this daily. My lab work Vitamin D levels are still great! The pills are also tiny. So thats a plus. 5 Stars!
