I tried to load this. Never go to the serial number because it was trying to install and hung up. T ride to cancel and it stopped and and just sat there with my widows program waiting indicator circling for about 20 minutes while I tried everything I could to get it to shutdown. Turned machine off and then wouldn’t boot . Have 500gb sad and 32 go of ram on a i7. Wanted to clone the old drive to a newer faster 1tb but never got close. Now my machine only boots sometimes, when it would boot in seconds before and it takes (Last try) 12 minutes to shut itself down. Now it says I have no internet and my mouse will not work with wireless. I did have an old wired mouse laying around and for it working. Don’t know what this piece of crap did to my pristine machine but it is screwed right now. Wouldn’t buy this. Not trustworthy.

I wanted to clone a ssd to another ssd. I ordered the pack with cable. When it arrived, the cable was for a 2.5 inch card, and my drives were both .8 inch. So the cable did not work. I decided to clone to a samsung backdrive and then change drives in the laptop. First I got a message that the disk was encrypted with bitlocker. I only have the home version of win 10 and it does not support bitlocker, so I fooled with that for a while. then the next error was that I had to disable intel memory optane. I am not sure that I have it, but I did read that if it is disabled, I would loose anything in it. I finally bought Easeus and it worked flawlessly. When I wrote and explained all of this to NTI, I asked for a refund if I returned and strangely they never answered. Do Not Buy This software. I never got it to work, and could not get a refund. Bye Bye $25.00

This destroyed my original memory and now my PC wont do anything. It turns on but wont boot with either the clone or the original SSD.

Yes I did clone the SSD, but was not able to boot. Got Acronis and work perfect.

The easiest software to transfer data that Ive ever used. Almost a one click data transfer. And its fast.

I bought a new Crucial BX500 480GB 3D NAND SATA 2.5-Inch Internal SSD, we have a lot of Family pics and Info on this old box and I wanted to make sure I had a complete backup before the old drive gave out.
