> 3 dayTrying to clone a HHD to SSD drive. Program gives an error message “The selected boot device failed. Press F8 or enter> to continue.” Pressing enter does nothing you have now entered a loop and there is no obvious method of regaining control of your computer. In short the program is obviously not compatible with Windows 10 in some cases. From the other reviews this is a good program when it works but it did not for me.

Greater than one weekI am currently waiting for a response from this vendor, but in the meantime please know that this product can only be installed and used twice. Unless they have some type of work around for me on how to use it over and over, I wanted customers to be aware that it is NOT a good product for an IT person who needs to upgrade Older computers to newer SSA drives.

> 3 dayRecovery was unable to locate my product key from Windows 10, had to repurchase a key which is a bit costly consider the NVME this came with was only $70. Absolute worst product Ive ever used, tech support just copies and pastes from their forums when you email.

Greater than one weekThis made my source drive unbootable. I have cloned many drives before and not once did I have the software trash my hard drive. I was in IT for 35 years, so I know what Im doing and yes, I know the difference between source and destination. This software is absolute crap. I would rate it zero start if I could.

> 3 dayMy 2021 version worked perfectly to clone hard drives running W11. TECH SUPPORT explains the apparent destruction of source and target drives (before?) or after July 2022 upgade thusly:

> 3 dayWorked flawlessly right up to making the drive a boot drive, couldnt quite get Windows 10 to cooperate. Finally had to dl some free program to convince W10 to submit, no change to the cloned SSD, but it worked. I love working on computers but W10 had me stepping in post holes for a couple of days till I figured this out.

> 3 dayUsed this to clone a drive to a ssd drive. It copied the system and recovery partitions to the new drive then it failed. Called and worked with tech support for 3 days to no avail. They told me something was wrong with the new Kinston SSD drive. I got a copy of Acronis and all worked fine the first time. This was a waste of 3 days!!!

> 3 dayCloned just like they said it would. Simple 3 or 4 steps. Perfect working clone of my old boot drive. Including all activation keys

> 3 dayI was trying to copy my laptop drive to a new one, but the program kept saying that my hard drive was a RAID drive (it was not) and the software didnt support that, so I was not able to use it. I did get a refund. I bought a different product and I had no trouble at all.
