NOT easy to use and simply does not work opposite of the claim in their ads. The program installs easy and then takes over the computer windows startup and immediately walls off your data with no way to get to it since the computer no longer has windows and cannot boot normally. And the only fix is to delete all data by reinstalling Windows again. There is no customer service.

Great product, clones drives with no issues. Maybe not as fast as others have reported, but I believe that is based on your PC resources. Does fine for me though.

The program basically worked well and did what was expected to clone your slow hard drive to a smaller SSD.

Very straightforward and easy to use. I’ve used several duplication software products during my career- this one is now my favorite.

I tried to save a laptop installing this then putting in a new hard drive using this to boot it up. For some reason the machine would never make it through a new boot up, also had a original Windows 7. I found after

This destroyed my original memory and now my PC wont do anything. It turns on but wont boot with either the clone or the original SSD.

I bought the software so I could upgrade to a larger size hard drive on one of my HP ZD7000s. The laptop is 16 years old (still running like new) with a Win 7 OS. The program installed quickly with no issues at all and the cloning of a 60GB drive onto a 160GB drive was fast and effortless.

I bought my Dell OptiPlex 7010 from Dell 5 years ago. It is working perfectly but just slow as one expected from a classic HHD. I wanted to change the original HHD to a solid state drive; however the Echo 2019 just frozen at half completion twice. I have emailed NTI Tech support and also its customer service. No reply from them whatsoever. Disappointed
