I use this to update by 250GB NVMe SSD drive to a 1TB NVMe SSD drive.

When they say UNLIMITED use they left out the part about only working on one computer.

I tried to copy an HDD to SSD and lost my entire hard disk. OS and all files. PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! Should be a negative star rating.

I purchased an older version of this s/w on Amazon a couple of years ago. Used it several times with no problems. The last time I used it to clone my system it totally crashed it. Non-recoverable. Had to restore everything from scratch. Couldnt even use the previous clone I had.

I do not know what I did wrong, perhaps it was not knowing my XPS file system was not compatible or what to do to run the software, but I was desperate to make a system backup and it kept failing. So I bought this product and before i used it I put a 8 TB drive in and ran my Norton backup. Then Echo hung up and after many hours of work, all I got was - nothing. Not even when I tried to go to windows. NOTHING but text on my screen in really tiny letters. I finally got my XPS computer to boot by USB device and restored Windows to 2017, but it seems so strange now. And I am working to bring it up to date. I had the latest build even. Now I am trying to remember how to use the older Windows and have no idea to get it up to date. This may be a great product for many. But it gave me such a panic that I am still shaken. Oh, one more thing I can not even find my latest Norton backup. it was on my new drive and it seems to have been deleted in the process.

Got an error when trying to run the program inside a Windows 10 virtual machine. I don’t own a Windows 10 computer so running Echo 2019 in a Virtual machine on my iMac via Parallels is my only option. Registered the software and it now I can’t use it on another machine.

Loaded easy but it wouldnt work. It kept telling me it couldnt connect to the internet to register the product even though I was on line and connected to the internet. Called the number they gave but they werent open on Saturday. Ill look for another product to use.
