> 3 dayI attempted transfers of 2 separate boot disks. The first computers newly transferred disk didnt run at all. The second computers disk operated, but the computer ran very slowly. For both attempts, the software announced that the transfers were completed successfully. Transfer operation was straightforward with directions that were easy to follow, but its all for naught, if the new disks dont work.

> 3 dayPurchased this software to backup my studio computers. after trying to activate, which is a nightmare the software would not except the product key. That being said, trying to find a way to deactivate does not exist. Finding support is difficult at best. Found the support address only to be insulted by a so called tech. Not a way to treat customers. Since I am a tech, if I could rate this company a negative star I would. I consider this a swindle. I have disposed of this garbage software

> 3 dayI bought this item with the purpose of cloning my hard drive as a back up in case anything went wrong while I was upgrading my computer. There are no instructions as such with it, but it is pretty straightforward.
