I received a noisy 4.2.2 board unfortunately

Bought this as a replacement for mine when a stepper went bad and fried it. I cant believe how quiet it made my machine. Definitely get this, even if you dont need to upgrade. I wish i would have sooner.

Way quieter then the original board and faster loading screens when switching settings. Works great on my ender pro 3 and was a pretty simple install. Just make note of cable ports making sure your connecting everything to the right port. I use it with a BL touch and currently have octoprint on my printer as well. Great little board for the money.

Ive been very happy with this upgrade for my ender 3. The drivers are so much quieter now.

I was disappointed at how loud and winey and screetchy my ender 3 was out of the box. I decided to swap out the board before i messed with the motor things to try and reduce noise. This solved my issue entirely. No need to install servo dampeners or mess with any of that. Just use isopropyl alcohol with a qtip to help remove the hot glue that is on the wiring harnesses of the original board. Enjoy.

Installation took around 15mins with direct plug swaps. (4.2.2 to 4.2.7). Had a few issues getting the firmware loaded, but F1rst Layer sent me the file ready to go, and I was printing shortly afterward! The printer is now completely silent. Im amazed this could be accomplished without new gears or motors. The assistance from this seller is astounding. Looking forward to buying my next upgrade from them!!

Print quality has improved greatly with less flaws

I received a old board that was used the 1st time around and didnt realize it so i spent hrs fighting with my printer to only take it back out and realize it was the wrong numbers on the board. They sent out a new board but i have to return the old board and received no compensation after contacting the company. The 2 board was perfect with no issues and prints perfect basically silent when running.

I bought this board to replace on my ender 3 the 4.2.2 board was very loud and installation was easy. I first used it I had to keep looking at my printer because its so quite while it running. I think this is amust have if you have an older board.
