First EASY to install. When they say silent it is silent, all you hear are the fans. My Ender 3 Pro was not noisy to begin with and this upgrade made it 100% silent except for fan noise. For the Ender 3 Pro it is plug and play. All I did was install it and was printing in no time. Seems a little faster and if you are considering the touch screen upgrade or the auto leveler it is a must. Heats up the nozzle and bed faster too.

Great works wonderfully on my ender 3 it was packaged very well so much less noise I thought my printer wasnt working when I hit the home button but then I saw it moving its even more quiet than my ender 3 max from the factory

When I tried to install the motherboard it was a very time consuming, when you install it make sure to label all the cables with a sharpie and take a picture of the order. Once finally installed the printer became extremely quiet and I think it may have improved print quality.

Worked well, surprisingly quiet while it worked. Motor driver suddenly failed in November after buying it in June, a little after the warranty period. The motors would energize and resist motion, but were not able to move. This caused the homing failure issue, preventing my ender 3 from functioning. Overall, the board functioned well, but Ive got sour grapes about my board failing so soon after the warranty ended.

Adds functionality for CR touch and makes the motors dead silent. The wiring can be a bit annoying in the tight spaces but man if you have one of the old 8bit boards this is an absolute must.

Best upgrade Ive done so far oh so Im really curious as to how much better that big tree tech one is.

This item requires you to download and install firmware it is not plug and play . Be prepared to download the correct firmware and install it on the printer before use of else the part is useless without this step

Compleatly quite motors, better than I expected tbh! The only audible thing are the fans. Print quality is also greatly improved, however, voltage smoothness can still improve the error.

Getting the board in or out of the Ender 3 chassis was challenging as It is a tight fit with all the cables. This board is plug and play. Once installed I was printing in no time at all. This is a very quiet board. All stepper motors are so quiet, just fan noise now.

The new motherboard is a good improvement. The very noisy sounds the old motherboard made got old very fast and the new one makes it so quiet all you can hear is the fan. The only downside is that on start up the language was stuck on Chinese so I had to go on creality to download new software which fixed the language thing so in all its definitely an easy process getting it perfect.
