> 24 hourOsprey has been a brand weve trusted for years and with this backpack, they really got everything right. Right off the bat, note that the measurements are for YOU and not the bag to ensure the bag sits correctly to redistribute the weight. Ospreys website has the information you need for measuring so that you get the right bag and the right fit. Theres a great video accompanying this description and that will give you the best overview of how the bag is set up, the various pockets, etc. Its clear they have thought this through carefully for use of use and wherever you need to use it. Note that the material is nicely breathable and empty the pack weighs about 5 pounds or so. It is guaranteed for life, so you will get your moneys worth from this. In all, very pleased to add to our line of Osprey backpacks.

> 24 hourawesome pack. Went to REI first to try it on and get sized correctly. 3 day, 15 mile camping trip in Georgia. Performed superior to any other pack Ive used.

> 24 hourquick adjust waist belt system failed after two uses. The Velcro no longer holds the adjustment pads in, so when you tighten the belt they just slide out. Terrible design.

> 24 hourVery great backpack for backpacking the anti-gravity suspension is amazing, the lid is removable and this pack has all the bells and whistles. Very durable with an almighty lifetime guarantee. Not the lightest pack but definitely not the heaviest especially with the AG suspension. I’ve took this pack on a 13 day backpacking trip and it preforms amazing. YouTube-HIKER RAY

> 24 hourThis pack replaces an old pack with a metal frame from the 1970s, so for me, it is like going from a broken down truck to a Lexus. Watch the video on the product page--I wont even attempt to describe all the various pockets and storage areas on this pack. Its got a place for everything. But my favorite thing about the pack is the design. Empty it weighs about 6 lbs, full it varies, but the hip belt rests on the hips so that your hips are bearing a lot of the weight of the pack, rather than your back and shoulders. It makes the pack feel so much lighter and so doesnt stress your body as much. This pack is intended for use on a weekend up to 7+ days. The sizing of small, medium, large and extra large have nothing to do with the size of the pack but a neck vertebrae to hip line measurement that makes it fit well. Go to the Osprey website to see how to measure and order the corresponding size you need. This is an essential step for enjoying the benefits of this spectacular pack. There is also netting that holds it away from your back and straps that are well-padded and adjustable as well. The hip belt adjusts as well. This pack is guaranteed for the life of the original owner. If anything breaks, they will fix it or replace it. But dont expect to collect on the guarantee anytime soon. This pack is so well made. The Osprey Atmos AG 65 pack is expensive but worth the investment. If you camp out for a few nights instead of staying in a Super 8, youve already paid for it. Five stars without any hesitation.
