> 24 hourWe recently took this with us hiking to a number of national parks and really liked it. It was very comfortable to wear and held everything we needed. This pack has place for two bottles of water and ample room for snacks, keys, cell phone, and a small first aid kit. We really liked it a lot. Its durable and looks great too! Would definitely recommend.

> 24 hourIn general, I love Osprey products. However, I am disappointed by this pack. I used it today for the first time. One water bottle fell out of the bottom several times because the bottom of the water bottle pouches is not solid material, but two straps. The pack is comfortable but I am considering returning. I used it for hiking, not biking.

> 24 hourThis is a well made and slightly expensive hydration pack but I read some reviews and gave it a shot, but sadly had to return it after a single use; the pack simply will not stay in place unless you tighten it to the point of being VERY uncomfortable. At one point it slipped low enough it caught on the tip of my saddle; NOT a good thing. So like I said, it’s well made, holds a decent amount of liquid, but not a hydration pack I can recommend.

> 24 hourFelt I needed to write a review of this pack to clear up some of the reservations I had before purchasing it. A few one star reviews complain about the support straps that hold the water bottles in place and keep them from slipping out of the bottom. It seems these people are missing the snap buttons that make it accept the water bottles or if you unsnap them it lets the bag flatten out if you arent running any. If these buttons arent snapped the bottles would definitely slip past the strap. Snapped together and it makes a perfectly sized water bottle holder!

> 24 hourThis is the most comfortable waist pack Ive ever worn. Even with two full water bottles in it (which is what I got it for), it carries very well and doesnt get too sweaty. Honestly, my biggest gripe with it is that it has too much storage. I really just wanted a small fanny pack that could hold two water bottles for longer rides, but no one seems to make a minimalist lumbar pack that carries two bottles, so I got this one. Im very happy with it, but I would prefer a smaller cargo compartment, and I could do without the little zippered pockets on the hip straps.

> 24 hourWith 76% 5-Star ratings I decided to ignore the few 1-star that said this does not hold a water bottle. Low and behold, it does not hold a water bottle in either of its two Water Bottle Holders. They fall right out the bottom. I thought, well maybe if I tighten this thing enough it will squish the bottle in tight and it will stay. I went for a ride, came to my first rest and reached back for my water bottle. Low and behold, it vanished without a sound or trace, Just like this bag from my kit. Return.

> 24 hourI bought this pack as an alternative to my backpack style hydration pack and have been extremely happy with it. My original intent was that I would use it for shorter rides, where me or my two kids might need an extra water bottle. I’ve found that this pack works really well even for those longer rides where I had originally thought I might need the backpack. Having the flexibility to share a bottle with other riders is really a big plus. The pack holds just the right amount of gear as well. For any given ride I have mine stocked with - small first aid kit - small air pump - multi tool - tire plugs and insertion tool - energy bloks and energy bar (side pockets are super easy to access while on the trail) - two water bottles - iPhone 11 - keys It fits well, stays in place even over rough sections of trail. The elastic straps that secure the top portion of each water bottle work really well. I don’t find myself thinking (or worrying) about the pack while riding. For my winter riding, I expect I’ll continue to use the backpack style. Primarily due to the additional storage capability for gloves, jackets etc... but for my spring and summer adventures the Osprey Savu has become my goto pack!

> 24 hourI use this for mountainbikeing in the deep woods for rides 3 hrs usually in length. There are many streams, so i use a water filter bottle for my water and dont carry a bladder. Map in one side pocket, phone(camera) in other. Tools, gu and various stuff in main pocket. Very pleased with a dry(er) back.

> 24 hourThis is a GREAT bag. Perfect size. I can fit my wallet, sunglasses, keys, and makeup (as well as some extra snacks and treats for my dog. All the pockets are easily accessible and the zippers never accidentally come open. It definitely can be worn in many different ways. I’ll even sling it over my shoulder and wear it like a crossbody bag if I’m bendin a lot and don’t want it around my waist. But when I do wear it around my waist, I’ll even attach my dogs leash to it and it’s just an awesome hands free option. I’m using this as my everyday bag.
