> 3 dayReturned. Horrible chemical smell from inside which I got a headache from. Tried to air it out but had rainy days and not many hours of sunlight. Smell was still there after a day. Also wasnt a great suitcase otherwise. A little too shiny and the inside was barebones. With the smell, I wouldnt put clothes in it so back it went.

> 3 dayBy my measurements, the interior is only 26.5 by 18.5, NOT the [Packing Dimensions] 28” H x 19.5” W that they claim. I would have returned it, if I didnt need to fly out with it in the next couple days

> 3 dayThe two main wheels wore out after the first trip, making it very difficult to roll around.

> 3 dayHad to replace a Traveler spinner because the wheels unraveled (a common occurrence with that particular suitcase). Did a lot of research before purchasing another. So far (a few X-country and regional trips), the Kenneth Cole wheeled 20 has been fine.

> 3 dayIm currently stationed overseas and traveling can be a little rough (perfumes, colognes, jewelry and any other valuables tend to not do so well in duffle bags and backpacks as we all know). I was warned by frequent commercial air travelers that most carry-ons of this kind didnt usually make the cut for European standards but after reading a previous review I decided to try it. THIS IS THE REAL THING! I was able to pack 2 weeks of clothing plus accessories with 2 pair of shoes inside (mind you I just learned how to clown pack so I probably could have packed more but there was definitely more room to pack more for the experienced packer). I took it on as a carry on in Italy, Paris, Tokyo and then back again. All together this suitcase endured 40+ hours of hustle and bustle. Once I arrived at my destination my friends immediately wanted to know where they could get one. There are some minor scratches on it but that is to be expected. The wheels held up over various concrete surfaces but I fear that they are the only weak link as they seem to be not as robust. All in all I recommend this to family, friends, and if Im in need of another suitcase Ill buy this again.

> 3 dayI LOVE my new carry on. It worked perfectly. I packed for a whole week without any problems. Its roomier than you think but ladies youll have to be selective in your shoes. They can take up alot of space. I took it the next week for a four day trip and fit an extra pair of shoes in with less clothes. The pink color is awesome too! I can find it anywhere.
