Bought these on sale for Black Friday - GREAT value for a great product (x3).

Awful first time using it and came off airport conveyor belt zipper broken! Clothes missing and what a mess! Would not recommend it at all!

This luggage is exactly what I was looking for and as represented. However I have not had the opportunity to use it yet. Hopefully I will be as satisfied after using it as I am now.

My main complaint does not come from the fact that the suitcase is deficient, although I have my doubts. Fact is I did not get what I ordered. I wanted a carry on and what I got was a full sized case. I called Amazon to explain. They let me keep the suitcase and didnt charge for it but some weeks later I have not seen the refund on my CC statement.. The quality of the suitcase is suspect. Time will tell but I give it 2 trips at best. The first short flight, with minimal handling (no transfers), produced dents in 2 corners. I only volunteer this because you asked. Out of Bounds -Naval. Attractive looking set but one of the wheels from the 28 came off, first time it was checked through. Should never have happened, since it was made for that very purpose. Needless to say I am very disappointed. Thought I had purchased a durable and reliable brand.

Among the best buys from Amazon. This is a rugged, well constructed, good looking piece with a professional design and smart charcoal color with a light satin grey interior. It rolls like a skate, smooth and without hand muscle machinations. Fits perfectly as carry on and is to airline spec. I wanted to wait until I had made two trips with this case to rate it. This Kenneth Cole Reaction Out of Bounds 20 was definitely IN. Perfect case unless you just with to throw money away. Very lightweight and looks good. It will also fit the carry-on guidelines, but there isnt a lot of space inside. Also, there arent any pockets.
