Broke the first time I used it and was forced to buy new luggage just to get home.

Extremely small, the smalles carry on i have ever had. I had to return it bc not even 3/4 of the stuff i fit in my normal carry on was going to fit there. I read the reviews and thought ut would be big enogh , but not at all.

After a handful of domestic trips and one 2-week trip in Italy, I am very pleased with the luggage. Hard cover protects my items, but not too heavy to lift. Wheels seem pretty sturdy - especially after dragging it across cobblestones. If I was to buy another carry-on luggage, I would buy one slightly bigger. But, I hope this lasts me quite a while

I bought this suitcase on sale for $51.87, which is an amazing deal for a suitcase of this quality. The suitcase is smart-looking and has a stippled kind of finish. The plastic casing is probably made from some sort of composite material, because the plastic has some give to it -- it is not completely stiff, which could be better for a suitcase since a stiffer case might crack more easily upon heavy impact. This also means the suitcase is relatively light for its size. You can fit quite a lot in this suitcase, and the spinner wheels help a lot with lugging stuff around.

This luggage broke twice on us. The first one we bought in color magenta, its shell cracked. We contacted thier customer service/heritage travel company (not Kenneth cole) they replace us with a teal one. With one travel to Orlando Florida, its cracked again. Another thing is the maneuver. If you put a bag, around 10 lbs, on top, the wheels for some reason become very prone to tripping, very hard to roll. With this price, I expect the quality to be better.

The color is impeccable and it’s super light weight, perfect for traveling. The 24” is the perfect size. I absolutely love!

Took it on a long weekend trip to a cold part of the country during the holidays - including packages for hosts. Everything fit, had room to spare. Only thing Ill miss about my soft sided bag is a pocket to stick things into easily. Otherwise, this bag rocks! Or should I say rolls? It is light, well built and easy to maneuver. In fact, I may stop checking my bags on long trips because this is so easy to handle - even in tight bathroom stalls. Two thumbs way up!
